"Only inconvienience was on arrival one room booked as smoking with two single beds was a double bed smoking room. However this was changed promptly when staff were notified." (99651765)

Clean and contemporary furnished rooms, with good housekeeping service daily.

views from room windows poor, one of our rooms overlooked the car park whilst the other over looked the main road.

"Good location in St Helier, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. Parking was a bonus as Jersey operates a Paycard system in most areas. Hotel itself was very comfortable (fantastic beds!), good food and friendly staff, lots of little touches that made our stay very pleasant. Is a little pricey, but obviously good things come at a cost!" (99906806)

Fantastically comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, good food. Many little touches (chocolates, complimentary bottled water and biscuits) made for a very good stay.

We stayed during a period of high winds, the doors next to the bed let in a draught and rattled, but this was only due to extreme weather.

"Centrally located hotel near St-Helier's shops, restaurants, ferry and bus terminal. Very modern and well decorated hotel offering elegant, very clean and well equipped rooms (i.e. large Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Mini-Bar, large bed and excellent bathroom). The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and anticipating all our needs. The hotel also include a small outdoor pool and an excellent SPA providing heated indoor pool and three saunas. However, treatments at the SPA should be booked two weeks ahead of time." (3305125310)

Very modern hotel with upscale rooms centrally located in St-Helier. Friendly and helpful staff.

Parking lot is tight for larger cars.

"We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, we stayed for a couple of nights as a honeymoon break and had a wondeful time. The rooms were excellant and the spa facilities great. We had a meal in The Bohemia restaurant and although expensive it has to have been one of the best meals we've ever had. If there was a down side it would only have been the weather!" (3304416781)

Everything about the accomodation was brilliant from brilliant white fresh crips sheets to dvd players

    There was nothing to dislike

"High quality and stylish hotel with excellent attention to detail. The service from all staff was professional, friendly and efficient without being stuffy. Excellent television that could actually be heard unlike many artificially reduced volume hotel TVs - large flat screen too. Everything in the room was very well stowed away. When opening drawers and doors, items were 'presented' rather than having to look around inside to find them. Quality of all fixtures and fittings was first class and very large and comfortable bed. Unless you are into food as an art form, I would not recommend Bohemia. As superb as the service was, it was not to our liking as we found it to be poor value but each to his own. Every member of staff was excellent which makes a change from the usual grunting, miserable looking hotel staff you sometimes come across in other hotels. In summary, an excellent hotel and I would definitely recommend it and stay there again myself." (3304670921)

The quality and style of the accomodation. and the attention to detail.

Bath was very slow to run and there could have been more variety in the continental breakfast. Also, the air conditioning in the room could be better.

"Generally a great experience, though we wished we had booked Spa treatments in advance and would have liked to have been informed that we should have booked the restaurant in advance - but thanks for fitting us in, albeit somewhat earlier than we would have preferred. Great food by the way, fantastic wine with the tasting menu and superb service in the restaurant. I notice from TripAdvisor that another guest cancelled their dinner reservation on Friday due to the crowded atmosphere in Bohemia - it was certainly disconcerting to fight ones way through a gauntlet of noisy smokers lining both sides of the corridor to the hotel and shouting at each other! But we thought that once in the restaurant everything was fine and the bar looked a lot of fun! Saturday in the restaurant was obviously quieter and showed a different side to the bar, both were good. Honesty bar is a great idea - though we messed up and wrote down champagne rather than white wine on one occasion (for 4 drinks), you just can't get the guests these days can you!! We loved Jersey and really enjoyed staying at The Club, we will certainly try to get back and enjoy the Spa too next time. Thanks to all of the staff." (3304713659)

    Modern, well thought out.

You can't help it, but the views aren't great - also the rooms are quite small.

"This hotel is centrally located in St. Helier (with tight but free parking) and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, etc. as well as the Jersey Museum and other attractions in St. Helier. Rooms were well furnished (a tad small for our American sensibilities) and the beds were extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were very nice with the pool and various amenities available for free a nice bonus (we had good spa treatments, although a bit pricey). The breakfast (continental) was good. We tried Bohemia, their restaurant, twice and found it inconsistent on food (some dishes were phenomenal, others had too many flavors on the plate) but very nice in atmosphere. All in all, we were very happy with the stay and will definitely stay there again." (97593226)

Nice modern hotel, luxurious, good location, friendly staff

We wish we would have the time to return to this hotel every weekend as we gained so much energy out of our stay at THE CLUB. Congratultions to the General Manager who got the best team together we have ever met and we really have been travelling around the world." (3304405068)

The set-up of the hotel is extremly relaxing and calming

Unfortunately there is no room for improvements as really everything is so tasteful, clean and perfect

Central location, modern facilities, comfortable bed

The bath and shower combined. Unclear instructions of how the CD player operated

"We stayed at the Club for a week in July. It was everything we had hoped it would be (having researched it on the net prior to booking) and more. The staff are superb - we were made to feel very welcome. The glass of champagne on arrival and the tour of the facilities was lovely, as was the personal note in our room and the chocolates! The Club is a luxurious hotel - worthy of its five stars." (3304397142)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Club. Our room was beautiful - really comfy bed, lovely fixtures and fittings, super plasma screen, and a beautiful bathroom with gorgeous toiletries.

From the greeting to the spa, cafe, room and staff everything was as you would hope from a good quality hotel. Superb!" (2724162)

    Everything

A real bar would be an improvement on the honesty bar although this is a novel attraction.

"Very welcoming; greeted by manager who introduced himself by name, particularly enjoyed the tour of the hotel on arrival accompanied by reception staff. The evening turndown when our room was serviced again was a very special touch, with the quirky card on the bed and bottle of mineral water. The only minor things I would comment on were the fact that none of the staff gave their names, or asked your name at breakfast and dinner (ie we were asked our room number as opposed to name, which I think is a bit off in such a splendid establishment when the customer should be known.) Bohemia Restaurant - just the last word!!" (3304436122)

Beautiful, very comfortable bed, splendid bathroom, welcome card signed by manager.

Could not turn the air conditioning down below 19oC. Loo roll holder loose and the roll kept falling off!

"Our 3 night stay at this hotel was a wonderfully relaxing experience. The bedroom was equiped to a very high standard, including flat screen TV and DVD player. The hotel throughout was imaculate, and the spa facilities excellent, and by far the best we have experienced to date. All the staff deserve a special mention, because they made our visit a pleasure, and nothing seemed too much trouble even when I requested scallops for our final evening meal, that were not even on the menue. On top of all this I must give a special mention about the food, which was by far the best we have ever had. Once again, many thanks to all the staff." (3304022569)

    Everything was wonderful.

Pool area should be open to residents all day.

Recently refurbished to a 5* standard with high quality finish to the rooms .Spa facilities were excellent including indoor and outdoor Pools.Well serviced - it appeared that there were more Staff than guests in the fully occupied Hotel

The music in the Bohemia restaraunt spoilt a memorable meal and came across as an annoying thud/thud. Bathroom fittings are loose [Tap fell out and Plastic edging on Shower panel fell off.
