"The location of the hotel is in a non-touristy part of the city, which means it is off the beaten path and not close to the major tourist attractions, and also cheaper, and it is in a very interesting neighborhood. Its location is very convenient to the metro, and there are special places of interest that are normally not part of the typical tourist's visit, such as the Canal St. Martin and the Parc Butte Chaumont. The room was not spacious, but for the value, an excellent deal." (3304881875)

"Disappointing" (97288577)
Reasonable price, well positioned very close to Jaures Metro. Our room was overlooking a courtyard and was quiet
Room very very small - too small for a double and very little room around the bed. Room hot unless windows kept wide open Very little storage space. TV remote not working. Bed not great. Bathroom barely adequate - shower doors very tight and hard to get in and out.

"Quartier et hôtel calme. Bon accueil, personnel agréable et souriant. Chambre pas très grande, mais propre et bien décorée. Petit déjeuné à volonté pour 10 Euros. (sandwich et jambon etc. en plus des traditionnels croissants, viennoiseries et autres confitures et jus de fruits)" (99379862)

"Le souci majeur de la chambre est l'absence de double vitrage de la fenêtre qui donne directement sur l'avenue. Le bruit de la rue a grandement perturbé le sommeil durant le séjour." (3304461422)
très bonne hygiène de la salle de bains + bon entretien de la chambre
prévoir une climatisation pour cet été ! Prévoir des tarifs ajustables pour le petit déjeuner pour ceux qui n'ont pas un gros appétit le matin car 10E cela fait cher pour un chocolat chaud....
