"Food on offer was of a very average standard.Perhaps an on line menu would have given an insight into what to expect" (99925680)
The room was windowless which I find claustrophobic. There was no phone in the eroom

"The coffee served with breakfast is very poor quality and should be upgraded to decent filter standard ASAP" (99247431)
Staff were very helpful, when you can actually find them i.e. at reception! Natasha is very attractive!
Rooms are a bit on the small side, and the area outside the hotel is quite noisy

"Pros: Location to town. Cons: Poor restaurant and appalling food - They need a new chef! Bedrooms are on a very high second floor with no lift. Corridor noise too high late at night. Reputed to have a large public disco at weekends!!" (99922934)

no lift, hotel and rooms need air conditioning, they know this-there are fans in the rooms, no hair dyer, no phone, need clock for wake up alarm

the TV didn't work at all, the room smelled so bad we had to change rooms, the wedding guests were so loud we couldn't sleep and it was ridiculously hot even after we asked for a fan

"had a great and very comfortable relaxing weekend" (108066463)
great service willing to help in any way food was great and reasonably priced
directions to hotel could have been better and a lift in the hotel would have been an advantage.

"I thought the room was very nice and modern but the position of the tv was in such a position that you could not see it clearly when lying down. I was staying in room 15." (97216368)
