Absolutely NONE
Internet did not work No tv in room upon arrival, had to ask for tv to be brought to room Allocated worst room in hotel upon arrival, had to ask to be moved to a nice room in the hotel All of hotel very shabby and run down Could hear people in other rooms really loudly No remote control for tv Manager on duty for the day of arrival not very personable at all, smelt strongly of smoke and not very helpful at all

" Will not stay here again, because of the taxi service called. Breakfast was meager." (108013256)
Room was fine.
I was greatly upset by the call to a taxi - was it a legal taxi? It had no meter. He charged 32 pounds for a short ride to the airport. We paid 20 pounds for much longer rides in UK.

"as i said before you get what you pay for but think needs a bit of maintenance. could do with better bedding looked very shabby." (107121843)
the hotel was in a good position for heathrow airport. and price was cheap so you get what you pay for.
the facilities were very basic, had to tune most tv channels ourself which could be difficult for some people, also when put hot water on in basin in bathroom had to get my son to come turn it off as got jamned. bedding was bit shabby and dirty.

"the breakfast staff were always polite and helpful." (108093214)
continental breakfast was good and plentiful.clean towels were provided each day also tea and coffee was replenished.
the room allocated was not in the main hotel but across the main road on the ground floor of a house. It was noisy as the doors were slammed through the night. parking was not always available and we had to park in a side road. The television could have been better was not tuned in properly.

"Good." (97677819)
It's quite good value for money. Very good English breakfast. Near Heathrow airport and just one train stop to Twickenham.
The worst thing of all was the staff, they are not very kind or helpful, furthermore, they tried to cheat us, they asked us for more money than they had told us when we booked the room. Our towels were very dirty, we had to change them.

"Overall, I got a what I paid for. I was pleased to have a clean room with everything working correctly and staff that met our additional request for a late check out due to an ill son." (99873352)
The staff were accomodating of our needs/desires. The hotel was clean and the best value I found for a stopover.
The room was a bit difficult to get to with large bags. Better quality pillows would have made for a much better night's sleep. I had paid for 4 English breakfasts the night we arrived. In the morning, before the breakfasts were made, I notified the kitchen that one son was ill and we only needed 3 breakfasts. I was told we still had to pay for his breakfast even though it wasn't prepared for us.

"The room served it's purpose, and for £50 was good value for money, it's a good location to stop for the budget traveler visiting Thorpe Park as it's only a few minutes drive away." (97407463)
Good value for money,
Could do with replacing single glazed windows for double to cut down the noise from the road outside, bathroom was a little 'tired', and WiFi didn't work in the bedroom (which is quite common)

Close to the airport, to collect family arriving from overseas.

The marvellous friendly and extremely helpful member of staff named (I think) Chalk or Chok, a Nigerian gentleman. Absolutely charming and kind. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.
Cramped basement room, no towels or extra blankets provided, but I asked Chalk who provided these straight away.

"As I was only staying for three nights it was adequate but the fact the room I stayed in was obviously part of a larger room at one time (now half size) made things a bit cramped. Had to move TV to get my case in the room and had to fiddle with old broken set-top aerial to get a picture (like going back in time this - come on!) Bed was comfortable but had a plastic undersheet so got a bit sweaty in the night. The windows had no security latch on them if you left them open for fresh air someone could easily break into the lower ground floor I was in. The main door had no security locks or peep-hole. No security or hotel info in the room either." (97710408)
Comfortable, warm, clean, adequate for simple use. Broadband connection.
Hot water a bit hit & miss in the shower, no shower mat. Thin partition walls, poor TV option in the room. One mains socket.

"I've stayed in much worse places, but for £40 per night virtually every other hotel I've stayed in was better." (97129372)
Parking was available.
Staff were OK but not very welcoming. TV aerial hanging loose. 'Continental Breakfast' consisted of toast and cereal - serve this on the continent and you'd be laughed at and you would get complaints from everyone. No light switch near the bed. No spare bedding (pillow was far too thin).

Great location for Feltham, Twickenham and for London. Good value for money, friendly staff.
Our room and hotel a little shabby, in need of a refurb. My wife could not reach ligh switch in bathroom because cord had snapped.

"This was meant to be a romantic weekend away fro me and my husband and we both ended up freezing and getting colds." (97900917)
Friendly staff
Room was cold, heating only came on at certain hours. No hot water, had to boil water in kettle and fill the bathtub in order to take a bath, which led to both me and my husband getting a cold. The door didn't lock. There were messy towels on the floor when we booked in and no clean towels for us to use. The television was so tiny, it was stuck on the wall near to the ceiling. The sounds of aeroplanes got tedious quickly as well!!

"I would have prefered to have seen accommodations before hand so I'd have a choice in deciding whether to stay there or not. There was very little choice at the continental breakfast and no choice as to bread, and I don't eat white flour, so I would have liked to have known what the continental breakfast consisted of. On the other hand, the people servicing the breakfast were very helpful and accommodating." (97342027)
It was a place to sleep.
Almost everything - small, bed uncomfortable, no night tables or reading lamps, bathroom excessively small

The price. No fleas or bed bugs. The window could be opened -- a major plus. The shower did function. Breakfast was reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was tiny and gloomy with a single fluorescent light. The bed appeared to be a box spring on the floor with no mattress -- just metal coils which poked up through a thin cloth cover. The sheets were thin and gray with tiny holes (probably from cigarette burns not moths). It was a pretty uncomfortable night -- but what does on expect for the very reasonable price in London.

"Very basic hotel, but good breakfast." (97461942)
The breakfast was very good.
Shower cubicle was dirty and smelly, with no shelves. There were no bedside lights. We were repeatedly not given milk. On our last day the dirty towels were removed but no clean ones left.
