"Amazing value for money, great location, nice staff." (108089188)
Access to a kitchen and garden. Steam room and all singing all dancing shower.
Bathroom was not in our room which was a bit annoying at night.

"The hotel has an aircoach bus stop outside and it is also on the main public transport route. The city centre is within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is located next to a lovely canal. The rooms are modern, clean and some have a jacuzzi bath and a sauna room. A continental breakfast was included and there was toast, croissants, cakes and scones available along with fruit, cereal and yoghurts. There was a good range of fruit juices available too. The breakfast room is small and on one occasion we had to wait a few minutes for a table to become free. The staff are very friendly and overall, we had a good stay at the Leeson Bridge." (97041346)
It was close to the city centre and could be easily reached by local buses/coaches.
There wasn't a lot of hot water.

"Close to all amenities 10 min walk to grafton street. Bus stop right outside. Didnt use any local restaurants though there are some on leeson street. Weekend traffic very light though monday morning really heavy from quite early on. Checking out staff really helpful stored bags and arranged taxi for the airport. Didnt have breakfast as dining room too full, think that its too small for the number of rooms." (99455668)
we were very near to the city centre we were able to get about on foot the room was very clean.
billed as a luxury double room we felt it was rather small and not a great deal of storage space.

"Some of the rooms have ensuite saunasand bigger bathrooms. Ours had a tiny bathroom and an entire kitchen- i would have preferred thesauna and big bathroom, aswe had no use for the kitchen. The hoetl was very clean and smart. The staff were very helpful, particularly when they dealt very efficiently with my having arrived at theairport without my ticket, passport, money etc." (99368891)
quiet location, but not too far a walk from the city centre. Smart room.
Would have preferred a larger bathroom instead of an entire kitchen.

"We liked the location. The continental breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful although most were not Irish or even native English speakers. That's not so bad when it is the wait staff but at the front desk it's more helpful to have a native who knows the area well. One of the front desk staff was very good in that respect, the others merely adequate. The double room on the 2nd floor was quite nice. The double on the 1st was merely ok and I would not recommend the single on the first floor. It was entirely bed. I thought the 2nd floor double was worth the price, but the two others were overpriced for the quality of the room, especially the single." (3304693754)
double rooms very nice and relatively spacious. single room much too small.
double room on first floor having plumbing problems, sink gurgled and gave off septic odor.

"As stated, the room was very clean and all in room-facilities were in good working order. The check in process was extremely quick and efficient. My only reservation was that there was no air conditioning in the room and during hot and humid July nights this leads to you leaving the windows open, (Even a rotating fan would help). However, during the hours of approx. 02:30 to 05:00 what appears like half the nightclub population of Dublin passes by the guesthouse so a peaceful nights sleep is hard to come by. Also, some difficulty was experienced in communicating with the breakfast staff, i.e Tea and toast was requested but not received. Also, the advertising of a customer cark park is a bit misleading. There's enough room for at most two cars in total. The surrounding streets provide a parking opportunity however. All things considered, it IS a nice guesthouse with just a few difficulties to be ironed out, and, if the high humidity issue was addressed (again, a fan would help)I would stay here again." (3304521746)
Room was very clean with all in room facilities in good working order (this included a jaquzzi and sauna).
Lack of air conditioning

"If I had known that the room was not air conditioned, I would never have stayed there. As much as I like the hotel and the staff, I would never stay there again uhntil the rooms are air conditioned." (3304773165)
The hotel was located close to the conference hotel and offerred excellent value. The staff was friendly, the room and bath were nicely furnished, and the breakfast was excellent.
The room was not ready at the 2:00 PM check-in time this is very bad when I am traeling on a tight business schedule. More significantly, the room had no air conditioning and Dublin was experiencing warm temperatures. It was not possible to keep the windows open due to the close proximkity of very loud traffic in the street below. As a consequence, I could not sleep in the room - I could barely tolerate being in the room - it was that warm and close.

"our overall stay was very nice, its a lovely little hotel.i would recommend this hotel to anyone and i would stay there again BUT If only there was some sort of air-con in the rooms next time." (3304473171)
1st of all Dublin is a great city and would say to anyone who wants a lovely weekend away,go to dublin.your hotel was very pleasant and very very clean.the beds were very comfatable.
NO AIR-CON IN ROOMS.Even with the windows wide open it was like sleeping in a sauna and our stay was in early june so i would hate to think how hot it would be in there in july and august

"This was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, which is essential and well priced. Would stay there again. Has off street parking too." (3304698630)
The room was pleasant with comfortable beds and spacious. The chocolates on arrival were a nice sweetener. The staff were friendly. Convenient location, far enough away from the noisy area of the city.
There was some rubbish left in the room. Nothing major.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was nice and clean and the lounge was lovely.
Although they cleaned our room every day, they did not change our drink glasses and one day there was only one towel for the two of us! Also there were hardly ever any staff at reception. There was a few times I wanted someone at reception and the person serving at breakfast could not help.

"Overall we enjoyed our stay and most of the staff were pleasant - we did not make mention of any of the above at the hotel, as we were only there for a short break." (3304573255)
The location was fairly central without being in the centre. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable
It was not made obvious that there was no cooked breakfast. The dining room was small and people had to wait for tables. The toilet seat was broken. There was no explanation in the rooms of fire procedures or how to use any of the amenities in the room and the myriad of switches etc.

"The hotel is great overall but there were a couple of things that could have been improved which would have made it fantastic. Need to be hotter on servicing the rooms. No local info in rooms. No details on how to work the sauna. I noticed though that the hotel was under new management so maybe these will be ironed out soon. I'd definately go back as it was in a lovely location and was excellent value for money. Have already recommended the hotel to friends as have others that travelled with me." (3304492017)
The room was fantastic - sauna in the bathroom! Great breakfast!
Very noisy water system that kept me awake till I bought some earplugs! Chambermaid service a bit hit and miss ie. not refilling milk for tea/coffee facilities. Seriously hot 'hot' water in the bathroom - need a sign to warn of this.

The accommodation was of high standards that exceeded our expectation.Outside of city 10 mins walk to Grafton Street but bus stop outside and tram stop 2 mins walk away.
the room we had was very small and the next doors bathroom was next to our bedroom and we could hear them in it.

"room was clean and adequate, but disapppointing for an upgrade to executive. promises of moves to a better room were not kept, which was very disappointing. however, we were refunded for disappointment and pleased with this. breakfast was good." (3304784116)
