"Good hotel. Need to do something about the noise coming from the next door hotel though." (107138106)
Friendly staff. Fast/efficient check in. Good food
The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was not warm enough. A very noisey hotel next door - seemed to have an all night party going on.

"A friendly and well run hotel with excellent meals and varied menu. It is still in the process of being updated and I am sure that when this is complete it will be even better.I would stay there again. Bedrooms are very hot in warm weather making it difficult to sleep. Air conditioning would the ideal solution" (3304733493)
Friendly and efficient staff, food excellent
Bedrooms in need of updating and in very warm weather were unbearably hot.

"On arriving at the hotel, we were asked to pay up-front for the accomodation. Had i had chance to see the room first I would not have paid and subsequently gone elswhere. For £100 a night this is by the far the worst hotel I have stayed in. (sorry but the truth). You are given a 1.5 slot for dinner or breakfast that starts at 8:30 and ends at 10am - you then have to be out by 10:30. Although the maids are already hoovering outside your room at 7am! The waitress in at breakfast was completely rude looking as though she had been out the night before! The advertised sauna was not even switched on. The doors were locked when we returned to the hotel at 12:00 and the porter no-where to be seen for 15 mnutes! Moan over - but i would look elswhere as for £1000.00 you could get a better B&B!" (3304710725)
The only good thing about this hotel was it's proximity to the beach and local town.
The room was tiny and very dated with flower wallpaper that was peeling. The bathroom had no shower and was tiny as the toilet was just inside the door.

"If I had known the hotel had superior rooms at the time of booking, I would definitely have gone for one of those. The staff were very friendly and knew their jobs. Breakfast was a treat, and although I didnt use the pool, I looked in at it and was cross that I hadnt brought my costume." (99929648)
plenty of hot water, good shower, adequate tea/coffee provided.
our room was very small.
