"as we only stayed one night it was adequate enough but I couldn't stay any longer than that in such a small room." (107272400)
very clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed
tiny room (smallest I've ever stayed in), expensive breakfast, double bed was right up again the wall so only one side had a bed side table.

"Excellent." (108001130)
Family room was excellent. We have two young children and have stayed in a number of hotels where two single beds are squashed into the room. At the Premier Inn the room was very spacious and the kids loved their made up beds which were mattresses on the floor. The children's menu was also very good and the staff were really pleasant to the children - you can tell this is a family hotel.
The only bad point was that there was a large coach full of foreign students staying which meant tea time was a little hectic in the restaurant which in all honesty is too small for the size of the hotel.

It was hot and air conditioning did not work. Windows were impossible to open. Staff gave a fan and tried their best even putting an ironing board and iron in our room at our request. Hotel appeared to be a mess with a lot of work going on and no parking which just added to the nightmare. I will never stay there again.

"This hotel is very centrally placed for accessing large parts of the metropolis, it is functional although does struggle for parking and I would suggest that the parking that is available is reserved exclusively for thase with mobility problems. The staff at this hotel were its best feature, nothing was too much trouble and they were pleasant and polite.I would suggest that when accepting bookings it is pointed out that the 13th floor is not accessible for those with mobility problems, The food was excellent and was managed very well in such a limited space" (97529956)

"The hotel guaranteed a comfortable night.........we didn't get one. Noisy and disturbed several times during 1st night. Drunks swearing and banging on door. Room cold, toilet wouldn't flush, shower made a screeching sound, no toilet paper. We where moved to a different floor that was like walking through a building site. Also only 1 out of 2 lifts working so queues waiting to go up and down." (97757171)
Food good.
hotel full of drunks, noisy and disturbed during the night on 3 occasions, complained and was moved to a different floor that was in the middle of renevation and like walking through builing site. Not impressed.

"This is a lovely hotel, close to Ravenscourt Park Tube. If you are lucky enough to get an East facing room, it has quite spectacular views over the whole of London, particularly on the upper floors. This view can lift an ordinary hotel experience to feel special. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Temperature was within my control with a thermostat that worked. I've stayed here twice and would come again." (97345609)

The light over the bed which was very intrusive, we would have prefered lamps at the side

Very close to the places I needed to be in London and very close to the tube station. I was very impressed with the room. I have stayed in more expensive hotels which have not had the quality of room in which i stayed.

Good Maid service. You could have a long lie and still have your room cleaned when you left later in the day. Well placed, in the centre of a nice area.
The check-in process was terrible. At the reception there were many foreign members of staff who struggled to understand what people were saying. The hotel also didnt accept payment by card over the phone or to pay in installments, which another travel inn had accepted from us a few days before.

"The main reson for my stay was to be close to Charing Cross Hospital, where I had an out-patient appointment. I did not want the hassle of a possibly fraught journey before or after. The hotel is about 1 mile, 10-15 minutes walk, from the hospital. You should ask the hospital to update their patient (and staff?) list, which still has the hotel as the Vencourt." (97142529)

Good views from the 11th Floor. Clean room and comfortable bed (although on the small size. Nice decor.
Very small room & bed - feet hanging out the end. Shower either cold or far too hot - very difficult to control. Shower controls hanging off away from the wall.

"Overall i was very satisfied, it was one of the lowest priced hotels we looked at and yet was the nearest to the tube station!! We had a great journey to London, parked with ease, booked in fairly quickly, went straight up to the room with absolutely no problems whatsoever! It was without doubt the most stress-free hotel experience i've had. Plus the concert we went to was at Hammersmith apollo, this from the hotel was; one min walk to tube, 1 tube change and then directly across the street from that tube station - unbelieveable! Next time we stay in London, this WILL be the hotel we stay at again." (97015606)
The location was great, really close to the tube (and by close i mean a ONE minute walk!!) and although there were only 20 parking spaces - we managed to get one no problem. Really good value for money- especially in London where everything is usually overpriced!!
The bathroom was a bit on the tiny side, but considering the Pro's of the hotel (location etc..) this really wasn't a massive issue.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely
The plumbing was noisy and kept me awake all night - it sounded like the bathroom was flooding or as if someone was having a shower in my my bathroom - I was constantly up and checking

"The hotel was in a nice location if we wanted to be around Hammersmith but it was still too far to get to where we wanted to go. We went to concert at Shepherds Bush Empire, which was £8 each way in a taxi, and also to get to the centre of london it was £4 each way pp which I found expensive. I would have liked more information on its location and what amentities the hotel has, and whereabout is the shops etc and how far is it away from london centre." (99397605)
Not much, the bed and television were fine, and the room was clean. However the staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was nice and good value.
the size of room is smaller than expected as from staying at numerous other premier inns across England - this one the most expensive and least attractive. Manchester city centre one is far nicer. Shower refused to give hot or even luke warm water so we had to have barely warm baths which was a nuisance. A member of staff blatantly walked into our room at 7am which also was disappointed by.
