"There are lots of hotels chasing the same business. If you intend to stay in your room or if the weather is poor then this is not the place for you. In principal the beds were very comfortable and clean. The food was very good and catered for all tastes. The owners were very easy to get on with and appeared to generally care for their guests. This is a new venture to them and I feel things are sure to improve." (97804048)
The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was spot on. The rooms were very clean and well serviced
The ecpression of squeezing a quart into a pit pot now has to be believed. Climbing over beds to get in a bed, (no room to walk round) a bathroom which my husband would not have been able to get into.

"Good central location although parking was not that straight forward and a 24 hr stay in the 5 - 10 min walk multi storey was £12. Street parking was available for an over night stay though.(The street was full of Hotels all with the same issue) The rooms were quite small but comfy & if you are looking just for somewhere to sleep adequate. Breakfast was excellent, good quality & lots of it. The three members of staff we bumped in to were very friendly & nothing seemed too much trouble. The bar was relaxed & well stocked." (99992944)
The staff were very accommodating & friendly
The rooms were very small

"Great choice of breakfast options. Rooms quite basic but adequate for short stays. Warm and friendly environment with polite and friendly staff. Bar prices were reasonable and coffee and tea were free particularly useful on a cold November evening!" (3305537059)
Friendly staff. Relaxed bar atmosphere in the evening
Parking outside the hotel limited to loading and unloading so costed us extra to park in multi-story car park for 3 days.

"The hotel is very easy to find, being located close to the Blackpool tower. It is possible to 'drop off' passengers outside the hotel, however the nearest parking was a good 10 minutes walk away. The room booked, a triple, was very small for three people, the third single bed being 'tucked under' the slope of the roof. The was very little room to sit around, as the sofa was hemmed in by both beds rendering it unusable. There was no kettle/tea/coffee in the room, though this was apparently 'available on request'. Breakfast was good, and the staff helpful and friendly. The room was ok for a one-night stay, but I would not wish to stay any longer. Cannot comment on other rooms in the hotel." (99722837)
Friedly and helpful staff
No parking available near hotel. Nearest 10 minutes walk away. Room very small for three, and very basic facilities. No tea or coffee in room.

"The en-suite was just about big enough. The people in the next room came back to their room at about 2.30am in the morning, and we able to hear everthing that they were saying, including the swearing. We were also able to hear them using the bathroom. Room was on the front of the hotel, and the road was quite busy at night, with cars and people. Did not have the breakfast, as the friends that we went with, had already been had their breakfast, and advised us not to bother." (3305433073)
Friendly staff in Bar
Rooms - Very, very small, with 2 x not quite single beds, with just enough room to stand next to in the middle.

"The room was spotlessly clean and had recently been refurbished to a high standard. The shower was spacious and powerful, the bed new and very comfortable. I spent the last part of the evening chatting with the owners at the bar and they were very good company. The guests who popped in to say hello and have a drink were also very friendly and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and family orientated. The weekend I was there, a magic convention was taking place, so budding magicians were showing tricks at the bar...some hilarious moments! The breakfast was a generous portion and kept me going all day. I`d not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone! Very good value for money." (97945868)
The accommodation was very clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, couldn`t ask for more!

"I realize most of the accomodation in Blackpool is costly and lots of it I have stayed in previously has not been clean. Bradleys was clean and the staff friendly. The door was a little annoying as you could hear it opening and closing all night, also the entertainment from a nearby hotel was noisy. But I did not expect the Ritz and overall it was a fine place to stay." (3305531556)
The overall style was lovely
I rated the room as fair as thought it was a little cramped and the t.v was very small. Not a huge concern however as we were not in it long

"There was 8000 punks in blackpool that weekend, and we were unaware of this and that some of the organisers of the punk festival were stopping at our hotel. This was not a problem as we were happy to join in the after show party at the hotel which actually made our night, but it would of been nice to have known about it before hand as if we were any other group of people they may not have been as accomodating to the rowdyness as we were." (3305178988)
very lively and fun staff and close to the town centre and easy to find
one room was not cleaned but this was sorted out. so no problem there

"The information on the website was not correct, as it did say that the room had tea & coffee facilities which it didn't. However, this was not a problem as the owner prepared drinks at whatever time of day or night this was asked for. This was quite a small but very friendly and welcoming hotel. The rooms although a little small and sparse were very clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal, everything you need is a 2min walk away, however begin down a side street you are far enough away from the seafront not to be disturbed. The ages of our party were from age 6 to age 80 and all enjoyed the stay" (3305148668)
The hotel was very central, near enough to walk to the attractions but just off the seafront so not as to be disturbed through the early hours. The staff were absolutely excellent, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast, a full cooked one, was the perfect start to the day
The room could do with a few more luxurious, mainly tea & coffee and a bedside lamp, however, when I mentioned this to the owner, it was something that he was working on at the time

"cheap and cheerful, hotel manager was happy to have a late bar and the place is close to the sea front. there was a mix up over the booking and we didnt get the en-suite we had booked, but the manager was happy to cut our bill because of this. i'd recommend the bradley to young couples or small parties looking for a cheap weekend away..." "We loved our stay at the hotel: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful ,there is a lovely little bar (late opening!)and we had a great breakfast(including full veggie english)to sort us out in the morning after a late night at the Ballroom. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Blackpool North station and the town centre. The rooms were comfortable and both had ensuite with shower, but would probably be a little cramped for more than a few nights.Overall we found it great value for money- a very pleasant stay in stylish surroundings." "On arrival, there was no one to greet us and the hall way/reception area had large cracks in the ceiling above which immediately set alarm bells ringing. The bedroom housed two small single beds with ssix inches between. Toilet and bathroom very small too but the bedrooms were clean without any comforts. The Bar area was adequate but dark in appearance. Bedroom was over the front door and the door alarm sounded all night with very noisy guests, to which were aloud to be extremely unruly all night until four oclock. Breakfast was appauling. sausage, bacon and egg were just about cooked accompanied by a potato waffle which was just about warm. The beans were white in an undescript sauce... unpaletable. We accompanied friends and we shall not be returning .... checking out was a chore.... trying to find the staff...." (3305383838)
cleanliness of bedroom and location of hotel
reception.. no one to greet, shabby large cracks in reception hallway, breakfast was poor.... door alarm melody was operating all day and night.. very audible

"Owner and his nephew were very nice indeed, but I had telephoned the hotel regarding parking facilities, and also whether the room we were being alloted had en-suite facilities before we actually travelled, so I felt the opportunity was there to advise on the smallness of the rooms. I also feel we could have been advised that the hotel had a hen party booked in for the same night. We had a disturbed night to say the least. The owner did advise us of this when we booked in, but we had travelled by then." (3304998931)
Lounge and Dining Room areas were tastefully refurbished in art deco style, very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast excellent. Very amenable staff.
Size of the bedroom! Was all of 6ft wide with 2 single beds squeezed in. Just about 6 between the beds. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities.

"Before booking this accommodation it would have been nice to be better informed about parking. The 'on street parking' as described on the overview of the hotel is not very accurate as it is pay and display for 2 hours only and no return. Luckily there is a council car park that will let you park over the weekend for around £12. Overall the hotel fit the purpose of our visit, it was just a shame the rooms did not reflect the high standard of the bar and dining area." (3305407914)
The bar and dining area were excellent. Staff were really friendly and approachable.
The room was very basic and very noisy. You were able to hear every knock and bump and other people’s conversations in the room next door and especially above. Their were not many facilities in the room only a T.V no bedside table, lamp etc
