    Overall a great stay, nice relaxed atmosphere and lovely rooms! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Would definately stay again.

    the only grumble we have is that the burger we ordered from the bar came with a stale burger bun.

    "We booked the hotel for a weekend away with friends,planning to visit Kew, and go to the theatre in central London. It proved an excellent choice, being easy to get to from the M4 and having reasonably priced parking. It is just a few minutes walk from the underground, and only a twenty minute riverside walk to Kew. The hotel is clean and contemporary in design, and our rooms were spacious and quiet, despite overlooking a busy road. Dinner at the hotel was good. We will certainly stay there again." (97089355)

    "Very clean and modern hotel. On arrival we got a free room upgrade. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant where the service was very good, as was the food with a good selection. Just a few minutes walk from Gunnersbury tube station. Hotel is also just a few minutes from the M4 motorway junction. Hotel car parking was £10 for 12 hours, £20 for 24 hours. But they just charged us £10 for the whole duration of the stay (2 days). The area in which the hotel is located is very residential, so dont expect any nearby restaurants to eat out in. We got the tube to Richmond-upon-Thames, two tube stops away where there are plenty of restaurants and pubs, some nice pubs on the banks of the Thames. Would recommend this hotel." (108070288)

    "Overall i was impressed with the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was excellent and the staff were very accomodating.     "We stayed for 2nights when visiting the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and were extremely pleased with everything in the hotel. There was a real buzz about the place and our evening meal was excellent (as were our two breakfasts). The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was a short walk to the tube station which is on the District Line so would be very convenient for central London too. Staff were very friendly and helpful." (99625931)

    very clean , modern and spacious

    Breakfast was o.k. but did not like the system of fetching your own tea and coffee, especially as no-one let us know it was d.i.y. Also speed of clearing away dirty crockery etc was very poor, had to ask.

    A clean modern hotel. The rooms are a nice comfortable size with a very comfy king bed and a scrumptious duvet. The bathrooms are also spacious and modern. Some have separate showers - ours had the overhead rain shower, a fantastic way to wake up in the morning, drenched in plenty of hot water! The, included, buffet breakfast is superb, more than plenty of everything - You can also get cappuccino - though you pay extra for that.

    Cleanliness of all areas and relaxed and friendly atmosphere

    "I'm not sure I would stay there again for work, primarily because as much as I liked the hotel, its friendly staff and decore are both excellent, I have a real problem with paying £15 an hour for internet access. A few hours on the internet would soon mount up and increase the overall cost so much that I might as well stay in a more luxurious hotel nearer to the centre of London with free internet access. It annoys me that so many UK hotels charge for internet access and behave as if wireless networks are some dark magic only available in science fiction! If you have no intention of working on the internet then I'd highly recommend it." (97903788)

    The accommodation was modern and chic but retained a comfortable feel.

    Charging £15.00 per hour for conection to the internet is outrageously expensive - such a shame as otherwise this hotel is quite reasonable, price wise. Unfortunatley as I tend to stay in London on business, and need access to the internet for 4 or 5 hours per day during a typical stay, I'll be looking elsewhere.

The hotel had parking available which was important to us as we had to drive to the hotel. I particularly liked the fact that the cost of breakfast was included in the price, and the standard of the breakfast was very good indeed, particularly the freshly squeezed orange juice!     "ChiswickMoran was amazing value for money. Only downside was it was a little far out of town but immediate residential area was salubrious. They took ages to find our booking though and the servers forgot things at brekkie many times - a bit haphazard but did not really spoil what was an excellent experience. Would recommend to friends."     I was annoyed about the fact that no prior warning was given that parking is charged at £20 per night. I thought this was extremely cheeky that we only discovered this when we turned up.
