"A very nice clean & modern apartment. Although the carpark was full it was very reasonable parking over the road. The free internet was a plus and I would stay here again." (97660044)
Clean & modern, with free internet
Workman making loads of noise very early in the morning.

"No complaints at all. Clean, well equipped room and easy booking / access. You just have weigh up whether the cost is worth sacrificing a cooked breakfast for! Probably better for longer than a one-night stay." (107229936)

"Makes a change from the usual room and bed, would have really liked to see some nice pastries and decent coffee for breakfast." (107234711)
comfy bed, very quiet. Bar next door was good value for pub food and well priced drinks.
damp smell in bathroom, lack of decent breakfast facilities.

Good clean facilities, with everything you need. Just a short taxi ride to the centre of town.
Noist cleaners in the morning. Parking situation not great.

"The room was large and contained three parts: a kitchen, a sofa/desk area with a TV, and the sleeping area. The furniture was very modern and everything was clean and working well. We were able to cook our own meals while also working and using the fast internet connection. Overall, this hotel is one of the best places I have stayed." (97399868)

"Good place for an overnight stay. Far enough out of city centre but within easy reach due to good bus facilities. Would use this hotel again." (108098248)
Very well equipped kitchen area although staying only one night we didn't need to use much only crockery and fridge.
Dishwasher tablet was left for a one night stay which was not nescessary but washing up liquid would have been exremely useful.Could have done with air conditioning as room was very hot.

"Roomzz apartments are a good concept, the kitchen part of us helped us out greatly. I had to do a job in Leeds on Saturday night at 8pm, and come 6pm we were suddenly struggling to find anywhere to eat. Being the first weekend of December, every eaterie was booked with Xmas diners. So, as time kept running out, we grabbed Indian food from M&S which, with the microwave and the hob, we turned into a meal. So, thanks for the kitchen, Roomzzz. The choice of TV channels is rubbish. Get Freeview. Oh, and we could have used kitchen roll. That apart, good room, good value for money." (97142703)
Comfortable, stylish apartment in a good location. The kitchen was a godsend, as it happened.
Rubbish choice of TV programme, with a pretty poor signal (on a nice big flatscreen TV, which was a shame). Get Freeview in quick, before it's too late.

Too hot - no air conditioning - outside temp only 18 cloudy & breezy, would not want to stay when wsrmer. Waterproof cover on bed makes you too hot to sleep. Very small shower cubicle.

"This hotel room exceeded my expectations, It was very well equipped with kitchen, washer, dryer, fridge. The room was modern and clean. My husband kept saying he wished we'd stayed in the room longer! we only stayed overnight and didn't use the facilities but we would definately stay there again and try to stay for longer than 1 night.Although I think half the fun of staying in a hotel is not having to cook and clean." Very nice, clean modern apartment.

"The temperature in the rooms was absolutely boiling, we couldn't sleep with the window open as there was quite a lot of noise from the street below but we did have a fan in the room which we had on for most of the night but none of us slept very well. Also when we got up on Sunday morning the water kept going off which meant we couldn't have a shower as we didn't want to risk the water going off halfway through." (97938753)
The rooms and facilities were excellent, we were very impressed when we first arrived

Good clean well equiped room.
Hotel car was full so had to park across the road in the pay and display which wasn't a problem until the next morning when the contractors blocked me in and I had to wait 15 mins for them to move their vehicle.

"We both had a great time. the hotel was brilliant, location wasn't too bad at all, and we'll be definately staying in a Roomzzz hotel again." (97386858)
It was a very modern - up to date hotel. it was nice to stay somewhere which was like a home from home, as opposed to just a bed in a room.
Everything was fine.

Excellent room no expense spared on the equipment & Decor, very comfortable. Thought the Take away menu was a great idea.
The only thing that I thought was slightly annoying was the noise from the traffic as my room was directly facing the road outside.

Please open more Roomz accomodation further south, I'm sure you would not be short of guests." (99655870)
Superb clean modern style and very quiet. Very comfortable bed. All the equipment needed.
The lift was very slow and it was shared with the staff who had to wait a long time too.

The space. the fact that it is still new. Ghe bed was good
Another chair would be nice at the talble. There were only four TV channels. A hair drayer would be nice. At this moment the construction work in the neighbourhood are disturbing

"I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel was clean and staff efficient. Some minor criticisms: Frying pan not non-stick and cleaning staff not able to clean it effectively. The room could have benefited from a DVD player in addition to the TV - this is becoming the norm in hotels these days." (99548617)
Light, airy, good specification of equipment in the main.
No handwashing capabillity in the kitchen.

Space - not just confined to a bedroom
Furniture looked good but hard and uncomfortable, journey to room uncomfortable as single woman, long corridors lighting up as I walked along. No safety chain on door.

"Despite the bathroom being quite small with only a shower, it would have been nice to have a bath, both myself and my partner were very impressed with our overall experience. Everything was very clean, tidy and organised, I would definitely recommend this to anyone over a hotel room as there is much more room and all the facilities are very nice in comparison to some hotels that I have stayed in. Despite it being on a main road, the room was not noisy at all. Would have been nice to have more than 5 terrestrial TV channels or alternatively something to play music on but overall a definite worthwhile visit and would definitely return and recommend to anyone." "Would have liked better directions - the Map on the web had no street names/road numbers to follow so I had to phone for directions. I would have liked to have seen beter photo's of the interior as I could only recall close up snap-shots of certain features of the acomodation. The hotel staff were excellent - they were very helpful - the key would not work in the door but they actually came up to the room with a new key to prevent me from having to take al my luggage back down to reception for a replacement key." You have to be very quiet, although we were talking at a normal level we were told to keep the noise down as the walls are very thin!

clean, comfortable, well-serviced, privacy, helpful staff
no instuctions for appliances, which was a bit of a problem with the microwave & no washing up liquid/detergent for sink or dishwasher - not really something I would expect to bring with me.

"A really good concept of self catering apartments, with the added benefit of maid service. The room was very well equiped and very clean. the bed was extremely comfortable, which is important if staying for more than one night. Hotel is close to university, walking distance once you get your bearings. All in all i was very comfortable and would definately stay there again." (97420537)
excellent facilities in the apartment rooms, very comfortable bed, nice bar serving food nest door to reception.
