"This is a very pleasant guest house with adequate facilities, clean and friendly with a good breakfast. The house is very convienent for Harrogate town and I would recommend it. " (107204670)
The hotel was adequate and the food was good, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well furnished and the bed very comfortable.
No real bad points, shower base creaked a bit but that was not a real problem.

"taking everything into concideration, I found it to be very good, although the car park needs to be enlarged. The gentleman who checked us in and looked after our stay was very helpful and polite." (97474602)

shower cubicle small,no mention when booking about tea/coffee and kettle in bedroom,host was a bit abrupt,but that is his way,ok when we got talking to him

Clean,comfortable and very warm. The weather was very cold so this was important. Our host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Well situated for the International cventre and Harrogate town centre

Excellent host, very knowledgeable of local area and very helpful in every respect. breakfast was first class and we would stay here again without hesitation.
Breakfast would have been nice at 10am with it being a weekend.

"Overall the stay was lovley. The room was well furnished and comfortable. The owner was very friendly & helpful. He even offered us a drink after we checked out whilst we were waiting for our transportation. The only negative thing was that for us the breakfast was served too early, before 9 am(as we had had a late night after a wedding!). if we were to visit Harrogate agin, we would most likey use the same hotel." "Met at door by owner who is very helpful.Our room was quite big ,nicely decorated and very clean. The en-suite was spotless with a great shower and plenty of clean white towels. the house is just up the bank from the conference centre so walking distance for everything but still quiet at night.Breakfast was lovely,well cooked and nicely presented. Really suited us as a couple in our 50's." (97483521)

"Good clean accommodation run by a very helpful owner who was very knowledgable of the area and gave us a few suggestions for some car tours and places to visit which was a great help as it was our first visit to Harrogate. We were set off on these trips after a superb breakfast which had some nice individual touches like home made jams and a really nice fresh fruit/muesli/yogurt concoction." (97675781)

Lovely people running the hotel, very helpful and the hotel was in a lovely quiet location. Room looked over a open green area to the side of the hotel. Great quality premium toilet roll and lovely fluffy towells!
Would have liked a bath tub as we were travelling with a small child.

"The welcome was warm and friendly, the room was perfectly clean and smart, although a bit small (not enough to matter) and the view was beautiful. Breakfast offered a good selection and was well prepared and presented. Service was excellent. Property a short walk from town centre and railway station so ideal for travel without a car. "This Bed & Breakfast is fantastic! The rooms are spotlessly clean and well presented, containing everything you would normally only expect from a more expensive hotel - little things like toiletries in the bathroom.
