"I had an overall very good experiance at the hotel.but i think they should include a good brekfast as well as a continetial one.i was pying 60 pounds for one night and if i wanted a good brekfast i would have to pay 5 pounds so i think they should include that in the price.the staff were very friendly and helpful." "Great staff and clean rooms and ok breakfast and close to public transport. Not luxurious hotel but good value for money." (97166899)
Good value for money. Nice staff. Things worked ok.
The corridors between the rooms are not very nice. Should be remade and the carpets removed.

"Very pleasant end to our visit to an event at Wembley. Only a 15m walk from the stadium and 5 m from tube. Avoid the crowds at station and relax at this comfortable hotel after an event at Wembley stadium. Very good value for money." (99591778)
Recently refurbished, friendly staff, very comfortable bed (room 10). Conveniently located for Wembley stadium.
Corridors could have clearer signs as to where doors lead to, i.e. reception and not just fire exit.

booking procedure was good
very poor state of cleanliness. very old uncomfortable high bed. the bed vibrated and shook each time a train passed on the rail/underground line so unable to get any sleep as trains finished at 11-12pm and restarted about 5 am.Continentinental breakfast was supposed to be included but is only served between 9 and 10 am -- most people have left by this time- I had to leave before 8am so had no breakfast on either night.Bathroom superficially looked good but very poor flow of water from shower therefore had shower with great difficulty. no dressing table or even convenient mirror for application of make-up or insertion of contact lenses. no shelf over sink to allow this in the shower. no soap dish or holder in showerso soap on the floor all the time.

The hotel had recently been refurbished and our room was furnished with Indian style four poster bed and furniture.
There doesn't appear to be any long-stay car parking nearby. As we were attending an event at Wembley, however, the hotel were offering car parking at the rear of the hotel for £10 for the weekend. Otherwise we would have struggled to find car parking. The TV, which was in a cabinet, needed a good clean.

"When making booking I was not advised that the final bill was subject to VAT, this was added to the total, I thought that both the shower and lack of shaving point was disappointing, the shower had very little power and there was no shaving point at all, also the room had very electric points, with two extensions at the lamp and tv." (97548528)
The friendliness of the staff was very good
Too hot in rooms, no shaving point in bathrooms, bar had little selection.

"Friendly staff. My room was comfortable and clean with all the facilities I required (drink making, television, etc). The bathroom was clean containing washbasin, toilet and shower all of which were fine. Unfortunately, I had to leave unexpectedly early on Saturday morning (8.00 a.m.) and missed breakfast and checking out as the dining room and reception opened at 9.00 a.m." (99129153)
Friendly staff and the room was just what I wanted.
Nobody was on reception on Saturday morning for an early check-out 8.00 a.m.

I should like to have had more information in regards to the actual room itself and what it would contain and perhaps a photograph of it and its contents at the time of booking." (97277631)
The standard of accomodation was good in regards to value for money.

"Overall, I was very satisfied during my stay at this hotel. Good clean rooms, helpful staff, and good location. The only suggestion I would give is to upgrade your breakfast menu and perhaps leave the hairdryer in the room, so the guest does not have to run downstairs to get it." (99048070)
The location is convenient to Wembley Stadium (I was there for a concert), it's very clean, the staff explained to me all the hotel procedures.
Maybe you can improve your continental breakfast menu? :)

"The hotel was fine but if I had known there was no tv, and no tea/coffee making ficilities I might not have booked it,when we arrived the first thing I wanted was a cup of tea. The stairs are also a bit of a maze I don't think we went up or down the same way twice, the room numbers seem to be very mixed up.As the hotel appears to be in the middle of refurbishment,on the whole our stay was fine." Room was clean and tidy.
No tv,no tea/coffee making facilities.

"Whilst the hotel wasn't anything fancy, the staff were pleasant, the facilities were clean, and I am happy to say, they seemed to have spent money where it counts, on the mattresses. For a cheap stop-over close to Wembley, I'd recommend it." (97392041)
The mattresses in this hotel were excellent, that's all we needed, a clean overnight stop where we could sleep properly - for the price it was good.
The curtains and the breakfast.

"The Hotel is in a great location for walking to Wembley Stadium. Parking is an issue, as the access is narrow and cars have to block each other in. Means playing musical cars to arrange the cars in an order to get out when you want to. However, to have a parking space next to the Hotel in London so close to Wembley is worth it and offsets the inconvenience. Breakfast service was slow, and had to ask for things we needed - like glasses to pour juice into/serviettes....- not what you'd want if you were trying to get out fairly quickly. Also our room wasn't ready at 12.00 as we had expected, we had to wait 40 minutes after arriving before we could go to our rooms (we did get complimentary coffee while we waited though). The check-in staff were totally friendly and efficient, and nothing seemed too much trouble if we asked. Overall, a good hotel in a great location!" (97089560)
The bed, bedroom and ensuite were lovely. The size of room was great, cleanliness of bathroom.
There was alot of noise from directly underneath us at night from doors slamming, and I'm not sure what could be done about that. Also, the TV couldn't be turned down with the volume so we didn't use that very much in the evening so as not to disturb other guests.

The bathroom was clean but the shower was awkward to use. The staff were also very helpful. I do not think that the full english breakfast is good value though." (99281955)

"I would have prefered to have known that the location was poor, and that a hotel without air conditioning next to a rail line will keep you awake all night." (99983320)
The rooms were nicely appointed, and clean
The location is a bit shabby, the heat was on (even though it was summer), the hallways were extremely narrow, and the bed was not long enough for me to lay down on my back without touching the head and foot of the bed.

near where our event was
Vvery poor quality of room - and a cold shower. The excuse given was that the room was still one of the last to undergo a refurb- hence it was cheaper than the others- but at any price, I expect a warm shower! Also found some dirty sheets stashed in the wardrobe - yuk!The downstairs breakfast room had no fresh air at all and was over warm; all the windows were closed.

Very close to the venue
The Hotel was undergoing refurbishment in the entrance lobby and various other places. We asked to be moved from our first room as the shower was stained which looked like it was ingrained into the plastic and tile grout. The bed linen was clean but was placed over the mattress without a mattress cover, the same went for the pillows. Both were deeply stained - we went out and bought cheap pillow cases and a fitted sheet to put over the supplied linen. The rooms were generally well used walls marked and a large stain on the bedroom carpet.
