"They whole experience was good and we would book there again." (97871312)
The Staff were excellent in their manner and support. They responded to all our needs. The Hotel is extremely basic, getting as many people in as possible. This made it a bit overcrowded but it was clean and somewhere to stay for 3 nights.
The rooms were very packed with beds making it difficult at times to move around.

"Awful." (97350998)
Breakfast only consisted of toast, butter and jam. The double, en-suite room was very small, it looked more like a single room with a double-bed shoved in, leaving no space to move around in the room. En-suite bathroom was tiny. The window didn't close properly, and even thought there were no-smoking signs, you could cut the smoke in the air.

"It was so bad we didnt stay for longer than 20 mins." (97455219)
Booking was easy. The guy who opened the door to us at the hotel was polite.
The room was absolutely disgusting. It was extremely unclean and smelt offensive. The staff were sitting in the breakfast room smoking and the smell of smoke was very strong in the corridor outside our room. We had booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 20 mins! We left and found alternative accommodation.

"I was very, very glad it was for one night only. As were the other 3 guests of mine I booked in there." (97329885)
It was cheap just £35
Room was dirty, very, very small. Had to use feet on old fridge to keep myself in bed! Old milk and orange juice in fridge from last occupant. Morning caterer didn't speak a word of English. NO BREAKFAST OFFERED! just coffe, tea, juice and toast. May as well call the place "Bed and toast" not Bed & breakfast. Guest house was very dated and in a state of poor repair.

Rooms very dated and not very clean. Carpets stained, and pulled out fridge very dirty behind the fridge clearly they only dust the bits that can be seen. bed comfy though and toilet and shower area clean. Fridge in poor condition and VERY noisy so did not use. Breakfast was advertised as continental but only consisted of toast and coffee and juice.

"We booked and paid for two nights but were so disappointed with the quality of the room and general shabbyness of the hotel, that we checked out after just one night. " (97583719)
Friendly staff. Off road parking
The room was booked to sleep 3 people but was barely big enough for 2 people. The beds were packed in so tightly that you had to climb over them to move anywhere in the room. The fire exit was blocked by cupboaeds and furniture removed from another room that was being decorated. Staff were smoking in the dining area during the day. (no residents were eating at the time). There was no mirror in the room so my wife and daughter were struggling to get ready to go out.

"If you are looking for a cheap hotel in a nice london area, it is definately worth a look. The rooms are tiny, but they are clean and have no real fault. The area is a very nice one, with a few good pubs nearby, plus the tube station is just 500 yards away. If I go back to london, and am on a budget, I'll definately stay there again. " (97143914)

Location
Very dated. Hairs, stains and burn marks in blankets. Shower worked backwards and rusty. Mould was on the ceiling and pipes. Tv didnt work properly. Room was freezing.

"There were huge bed bugs actually crawling on the sheets, needless to say I have really itchy uncomfortable bites all over my body. Even for really cheap standards I think this was dispicable and I will not be spending any time at this hotel again. I would much rather pay double and get a clean room, I have learnt from my mistake....." (97494464)
The staff were extremely friendly as well as accommodating, there friendly smiles actually made it hard to complain.
The room was what you expected for the rate per night, but it could have really been much cleaner.

"The main window in the room did not close properly so it was just jammed shut as much as we could manage to get it. A smaller window had no closing latch(didn't look like it had ever had one attached) so was just allowed to fly open. As we were staying there during the most attrocious weather of freezing gales and rain this did cause a problem. However the next morning we did mention it to the staff and they attended to this particular window(and warmed the room up for us as it was freezing by then). The air conditioning unit in the bathroom, which was activated when the light was switched on, screeched in a high pitched squeal each time the light was turned on, so we decided not to use the light switch during the night(opting to work in the dark). The breakfast was a little disappointing as it was advertised as continental so we did expect a choice of cereals as well as toast but we were only offered the toast, which is not great if you dont eat toast. However, we could have had any amount of toast that we could possibly eat. The staff were very attentive and did respond to our requests." (97025098)
The hotel was clean and the staff did react to our requests.
Problems with the windows in the room not closing. Noisy air conditioning in the bathroom. Breakfast not what we expected.

"This is a very good value for money hotel. There were no frills and that was reflected in the price. The location was excellent for me and I could even follow the directions! The staff were friendly and helpful. This did me very well for a night's stay.If you are looking for a table to work on and lots of space it won't be what you are looking for but I would stay there again as a good clen value for money stay." (97448795)
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They stay was relaxed and informal. It was very handy for tube station and the pub!
It was a bit cramped.

"Easy accessable accomdation with easy access to central London by bus or Tube. Reasonable and affordable price. Breakfast could have been slightly better, Room size ,in my case was too overcrowded for three beds. Staff was extremly polite and helfull and allowed me to keep my car parked in the premesis almost for the whole day free of charge even when i had checked out in the morning." (97884650)
Reasonable and affordable Price, easy access tp bus and underground. easy access to Motorway. Free car parking.
My room was ver small 3 beds were just squeezed in, no free space tp move. this room should have been maximum for two beds.( Room 22). Breakfast was just Toast and tea at least for young kids some cereals should have been on the menu.

"it is old and tired. But you cannot knock the location. One of us was travelling out of london by tube and the other was driving in from the west. This makes a good meeting point. Plenty of parking plus proximity to a tube station. All for a modest price. The beds are not the best though!! My husband hated them. I accepted them as the place is what it is. Pay extra elsewhere if you require luxury. Personally, I will stay there again" (97614127)

I thought the air in the room was very fresh and cool considering us being 3 adults. Having a bathroom in the room.
I did not dislike anything, but the fact that when having showered a small amout of water tended to get on the carpet by the door, that would worry me.

"Overall was the hotel good but like I wrote before fix the little things. Clean up the parking space. Move the old cars away. In the dinningroom one table was used for towels and such, use the table for eating at instead... but the people there where very pleasent and helpful.." (99087105)
The price was fair. It was close to the underground.
They should fix the minor little things in the room to make it better. I.e. hang up curtain rod, shorten pipe to shower so the water actually hits in the middle of the shower, if there should be a fridge in each room, at least make sure it is clean/newer and so on...

"Resonably priced, could do with a good clean, general maintenance and maybe some bay's painted into the carpark as it is quite a narrow, difficult to manouvre carpark without people taking up enough space for two cars!" (97281414)
Not enough parking, dirty room, filthy fridge and the room dipped in the middle, all the furniture was wedged up with pieces of wood to stop it falling into the centre of the room.
