"all in all a nice place to stay, would definitely stay again!!!! good private parking etc" (97867999)
the decor was lovely, it was clean and tidy, wasn't too hard to find, nice and private!!!!warm and comfortable!
the hot water for a bath kept running out and it took us nearly 2 hours to get half a bath of water!!!!and we had no pots and pans to cook with. this was important to us cos we wanted a nice night in together!!! but we rang reception and he came straight up with stuff for us!!!

"The reception area was a bit messy but this has no reflection on the rest of the hotel. It was a lovely apartment, however the double bed was rather small if your used to sleeping in a bigger bed! Very clean apartment and helpful staff." (97687382)
The apartment was lovely, I was pleasently suprised after seeing the reception as it was a bit all over the place ( I put that down to it being new)
It was on the ground floor so we could hear all the drunks walking past in the early hours who were very loud! (it was new year)

"A good alternative to hotel accomodation, far more relaxing and the extra space - a whole appartment, is great. Despite my dislikes I did like staying here and have booked my next visit." (97323964)
A very spacious and well furnished apartment.
Hard to find - there's no sign over the main door. Over-complicated central heathing that kept tripping out. A minor annoyance that you have to remember to turn on the hot water for a show 30 mins before you want one. Although there's an oven there are no pots or pans!

"It is a place with fantastic possibilities, but some more adjustments in the customer service area (especially arrivals) and the operations structure are necessairy." (97810059)
location and modern style
badly indicated, no reception, the tv not working, being overcharged, then reimboursed, brakefast served late. The appartment was clean, but the corridor leading to it was obviously not hoovered after some kind of maintaince.

"How to get in/ access reception would have helped. Pressing the Concierge button didn't work nor did the telephone number shown. We ended up going round the vehicle entrance and finding the office." (99672786)
Modern, spacious, well equipped and well furnished
Arrangements for breakfast. We would have liked to have been asked which items of breakfast we wanted. Everything, including toast came on one big plate. Fresh coffee rather than make your own instant would have been better. Marmalade for the toast would have been nice, too.

The fact that it wasn't just one room it was an apartment and it was very modern with gorgeous rooms
to get hot water you have to put the boiler on and even then I couldn't get it to work so had a lukewarm bath : ( also radiators were leaking brown water onto new carpet

"Comfortable and peaceful.Staff were helpful. Would stay again if in the area." (108007133)
Modern furniture; clean, quiet and warm.
Lighting could be better, the kitchen was quite dimly lit; didn't like the colour the bedroom was painted in.Rooms are much smaller than impression given by photographs on the website.
