"i think the hotel as a whole was very very beautiful, beautiful in the sense that it looked and felt bright and new and fresh. i would of liked to know a little bit more about the rooms maybe a virtual tour would have satisfied that curiosity, apart from that the service and every inch of the hotel was pristine and perfect." the style of the room was amazing!!! it was my dream rooom contemporary mixed with bright colours. quite chic! from the sink to the bed every detail shouts 'look at me, Love me'. the view was immense, especially during the night with the london eye lit up.

Nothing to dislike, one minor bathroom malfunction was put right immediately it was mentioned

Modern facilities and great view from executive room. Concierge service was good too. Fantastic fresh flowers.
Windows on balcony were filthy and with such a marvellous view this was a shame. Breakfast was terrible. Too many staff trying to be too nice. How many times do you have to say no thankyou no more coffee to the same waiter! Food tasteless and toast cold. Had to wait an age for the lift in the morning

hotel was well located, with good facilities. lobby staff were extremeley helpful.
room was not cleaned once during our stay. had to ask for clean towels. breakfast staff were slow and not very attentive, i had eaten my breakfast before anyone asked if i would like tea/coffee.
