Couldn't get parked as close to hotel as we would have liked.

It was clean and tidy, the host Mandy was excellent, very helpful and very informative. We enjoyed our stay with you.
The bed had a roll together effect.

"The Balcony guest house in Kendal, is very welcoming and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated throughout and was cosy and very clean. We were given lovely white fluffy towels and were supplied with little toiletries and tea and coffee. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. My Boyfriend had the full english and I had the the vegitarian which was also excellent. We really liked it so much that we did not really want to return home. I would definatly give this guest house 10/10 and would stay there again. Definatly recommended." (97005908)
Beautifully decorated room. very friendly, clean and fantastic value for money. Great location and in easy walking distance in to Kendal and the train station.
Better weather that's all. I do not have a bad word to say about the Balcony guest house in Kendal.
