"1. We booked a double room and got 3 single beds. 2. The overhead light had only one globe out of three working. 3. The kettle did not work on the kitchenette bench we had to plug it in on the floor. 4. The ensuite basin had no plug and the water leaked straight out onto the floor. My husband used the kitchen sink to shave. 5.I went to press the on/off button on one of the bedside lights and ended up touching the uncovered wire. (the button was actually under the light and not visible..had to push finger up into the bottom of the fitting). 6 The phone cable kept falling out. 7. Lastly BUT importantly, we had chosen the hotel because of advertised high speed internet access and the first thing to greet us at reception was a notice that the internet connection was NOT available." (97842672)
About the room itself?....Nothing, although the potential was there. The good things about the stay was the very helpful and friendly girl at reception when we arrived and it was a pleasant walk away from Olympia.
The room looked nothing like the picture in the ad. See general review for other comments.

"Chose the hotel for proximity to Olympia exhibition and self- catering facility. Large Tesco store nearby open 24hrs so easy to buy food and bring back. Small kitchenette facilities had fridge and microwave with plates, cutlery and glasses. Also kettle and toaster. Close to Earls court underground so easy to get into Leicester square and Covent garden.(Also on direct line from Heathrow. Staff very pleasant and helpful." (97463624)
The kitchenette. Have specific dietary needs so was able to self cater.Very easy to access Earls Court, Olympia.
Room adequate but smaller than we were used to. Didn't have a bath.

"To call these rooms self-contained self catering studios is a complete joke. A single electric ring, no cooking utensils, no microwave. But there was a toaster, which was unusable because it set off the smoke alarm! If you don't mind a cramped, poorly equiped room, then it's for you and good value for London. If you like properly clean, well decorated rooms, with enough room to swing a cat, then give it a miss!" (97695886)
Price
Too small, very cramped and inadequately equiped; as well as being not properly cleaned.

I came back to the hotel late on the Saturday night to find that I had been moved to another room without being told. No effort had been made to contact me and the hotel claimed they didn't have a mobile number for me despite me putting it on the registration form at check-in. I wouldn't have a had a problem moving to another room, it was more the fact that when I got back in the evening, the key card hadn't been changed and I was able to get into the room I had spent the first night in and found another guest's belongings. I could quiet easily have walked in to find someone sleeping or taken off with some of their belongings if I was that way inclined. My belongings had been moved to a new room but the person at reception didn't know anything about me being moved so it led to a bit of confusion at the time as to where my belongings were. There was also a rather obvious security issue with me being able to get into a room for which my key card was not valid for.

"This is a great hotel in terms of location for those attending Earls court exhibition centre and one tube stop away from Olympia. Tube station is a 1 minute walk away. This is a basic hotel in a very nice area. There are no meals served at all and there is no mini bar or other facilities. However there is a mini kitchen (that all fits in a cupboard) in the room with an electric hob/fridge/ microwave and sink. If you just want a basic room with small en-suite to sleep in for 8 hours it is great. Beds are clean and comfy. Would stay again. Worth the price and there are plenty cafes/restaurants and bars round the corner to eat at." (97183868)
Very good location for Olympia and earls court exhibition centre

"Enjoyed my stay , as for night out there are many options available near by hotel so can save on late night Taxi :). Easy to travel Victoria & Paddington. So I reach easily to Brigton & Oxford from my hotel. " (97562257)
Good clean hotel, walking distance from Tube station & Pubs area. peaceful place.Thumbs up :)
Nothing bad about hotel, After handling the room key at chekin, receptionist was so busy in phone that she didn't direct me for room, found her behaviour very rude. Basement rooms don't have good connectivity for mobile network. I missed some important calls.

"made us all late for our evening appointment, and were generally unhelpful, although the reserve hotel was nice enough." (97227024)
the reserve hotel was nice enough, and did cover transport costs to reserve hotel
the hotel fobbed us off with a story of maintainece problems, when quite clearly they had double booked the room, the staff were un-apologetic and sarcastic.

"We were happy that we only were in the hotel for sleeping. Otherwise we would definitely have reclaimed our money and went to another hotel. The square meters of the room were probably enough for a single bedroom, not for a double with a kitchenette in it. " (97917845)
The price was fairly ok. It looked clean.
the room was just small, if one of the couple wants to get dressed or make some food, the other one must take a seat on the bed. Suitcases can only be left standing up. The bed is just too old, which is resulting in poor quality. For credit card payments an additional 5% is charged.

"Everything specially the misrepresentation of the product. The pictures in the publicity is very far from the reality. I have paid (#75) for a double room with a bath en free wifi internet. There was no bath en no access to internet in the room only in the lobby and I had to use the computer of the hotel. The room was extremely small. They charged 5% more if you pay with credit card which is only specified once you are at the desk." (97427990)
The services and facilities were very very poor.

"No parking at all - this hotel is three streets away from Earls Court - parking was re-stricted to permit holders only - had to park a good 5 minutes walk away. Hotel did not have any passes for parking. Receptionist were rude and very un-helpful. Rooms were very small. Would not reccommend this hotel to anyone." (97709177)
Walking through the front door was the start of a complete nightmare!

"Hotel is right next to the Earls' court tube station which is convenient, but you can also hear it throughout the night... not horrible, but you can hear it. It was warm when we were there, so the window was open. May be better with window closed :-) This room would be satisfactory for a one night stay.. it was incredibly small but did have a small kitchenette area with coffee pot, microwave and stovetop." (97857924)
clean sheets, television worked.
Nails sticking out of the walls with no paintings on them. Toilet unable to flush properly. Overall room in need of upkeep-- new paint would do wonders. Smell in the room was unusual.
