"Would not stay at the hotel again as the check-in process was very poor and it meant the people staying at the hotel only had 10 minutes to get ready for a seminar. The check-in process took about 40 minutes which is not good enough." (97987924)

The check-in process was a complete shambles. The staff were not helpful at all.

Cheaper with the site i booked on.

Contacted the hotel to make sure it was a good deal and the hotel were trying to charge double!
