the friendly atmosphere and the helpfullness of the staff plus the nice breakfast included in the price
the rooms were quite small but still clean tidy and modern

Contemporary room and really comfortable bedding and bed. Gorgeous breakfast fruit juice machine, and decor.
Small room and shower had no shower gel left. Hand towel ring broken and falling off.

"The picture of the hotel advertised online is nothing like it is when you arrive but once you get over that you will find your room comfortable (although small)and the lady in charge very pleasant & helpful. I believe they have just opened so I am sure they can make a few minor changes to make the experience excellent.." (97186963)
The room was tastefully decorated & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.
Room was very small and there was no facility in the room to make tea/coffee.

"The website offers more than was delivered, not exactly untruthful, but the product did not match expectations raised by the offerings. The options given in the on-line booking form did not give sufficient detail for us to understand what a small room we were booking. We were given a larger room for our last night because of the shower problem. Overall this was much more comfortable, and the web-site should explain what a difference there is in room standards." Service was caring and good. Breakfasts were excellent.
Room was too small for a double bed. No drawers, only an open hanging rail for clothes. No shelves for toiletries in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang your clothes in the bathroom. The shower was inadequate, temperature uncontrollable, scalding one moment, ice cold the next. The bed linen, touted as being "quality" was more show than substance.

This hotel was excellent - position, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the room was lovely. The breakfast was very good too.
The room was very hot but we were given an air conditioner which helped.

Member of staff was excellent - friendly, polite, good local knowledge. Room lovely and breakfast good too.
Very hot day so hotel was very hot too but fan was set up in room and already going when we arrived so couldn't have asked for more than that.

Friendly staff, good facilities in the room, very clean, excellent breakfast, location in regard to 02 arena, excellent en-suite shower room, value for money, contemporary decor.
Room was exceptionally hot and whilst it did have a fan this was not enough to combat the heat.

"This hotel is lovely, I would say it is more suited to sightly younger people but thats only due to decor, it is in general a lovely hotel, small but very sweet. And the staff were amazing and so very friendly." (97491994)
I loved the lady in charge she was friendly and made us feel very comfortable, the room was lovely + the decor was perfect!
Shame it wasn't a tiny bit closer to the O2 but the hotel its self was without fault.
