nice place, comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom-
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The croissants of our continental breakfast weren't served at first and after we asked about them we we're told we got some slices of bread instead. We were then served some croissants that had been only half defrosted in the microwave...

"Overall excellent. Very friendly staff and owners. Excellent accommodation, breakfast was lovely and the garden was fantastic for my little girl to run around and play on the trampoline and the climbing frame and slide. Would definitely stay again." (97668742)
looked brand new, self contained with excellent appliances, clean, tidy, warm and perfect for our needs.
As there was only one bedroom and 4yr old daughter had to go to bed early I ended up on my own on sofa bed whilst missus slept in double bed with her. Not really a problem as it was only 2 nights.

"Difficulty finding the house as the named road appears to be particularly long, stretching some miles. Really disappointed with lack of heat and hot shower. Very friendly staff and clean, modern accomodation. Would certainly recommend if they could assure the heat & shower situations were rectified." (97654778)
Excellent friendly staff. Very clean. Lovely King Size bed!!!
No heat in our room at all, which was very uncomfortable on the cold wintry night we stayed. Morning shower was cool for me and completely cold for my wife. I'm afraid these two areas would be scored very low.

"I am gluten free and they went out of their way to ensure gluten free products were available for breakfast. Our SatNav was not showing the areas and Herman lent us his, I dont know anywhere else that would put themselves out as they did." (97640620)
Everything, couldnt fault anything, very clean, Andrea and Herman are so helpful.
Nothing, only the fact we had to leave.

"The room and ensuite bathroom were brand new with nice bedsheets. The staff was friendly and dealt with us very competently. Wifi was provided free of charge which was a plus. The place is also a good base to explore the area and to go to Belfast." (97366840)
Quality of the room and bathroom. Service by staff/hosts.
The external appearance of the house is not entirely inviting.

"We enjoyed our stay although it was only one night. It was very convenient to where we were visiting. Hillsborough the nearest village is very pretty." (97928614)
The staff were very welcoming and the accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was quite good.
The approach to the house could have been made a bit more impressive.
