"First class hotel, Food in the resturant was excellent although the service was poor. The bar staff were friendly and very professional. I would recommend pre booking spa treatments before arrival. Room was very clean and well maintained the view over the golf course was beautiful. We had a very enjoyable stay and relaxed in style." (97296251)
The delux room over looked the golf course and was a beautiful view.
On check out the dinner was not added to the bill and I had to go back and inform the reception. Staff should have went over the bill before final payment had been issued to save time.

"WONT BE GOING BACK." (107120331)
Breakfast was quite nice, comfy bed.
Well......got to the Hotel to be told i had no reservation when i had booked online and had a reference number and pin, after i had prooved i had reserved a room they tried to charge me £6.50 to use the internet to recieve my confirmation email, then tried to charge me an extra £15 because all they had was a suite, managed to sort that problem out by speaking to manager. Was kept awake until 4 am by drunk revellers outside my window and room was next to a private staff room where the door kept slamming shut..........No discount offered nothing.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, peaceful location, great breakfast, free 10 minute transfer to Belfast International Airport which I booked with reception the night before.
Having booked online through Active Hotels, I was disappointed to find on arrival at the hotel that my reservation did not exist! Fortunately, I had printed out the confirmation email and the reception staff resolved the issue satisfactorily. Good job they had a room available...

"Good location excellant rooms, breakfast good excepting powdered egg used in srambled eggs, reception good but let down only by slow bar service and small portions for evening meal." (97824993)
pleasant surrounding excellant room and all public rooms good.
evening meal was more degign than substance i.e. nice presentation but small portions. Bar staff service was poor, 5 staff but took 15 mins to get served and only about 20 customers in bar

"Arriving after 2200 we were naturally keen to get to our room to dump our bags before having a relaxing nightcap or two. However, despite having made our booking online, we were extremely disappointed that the check-in process took a further 10-15 minutes. Apparently the online booking system was not linked properly to the hotel's computer so the naturally embarrassed receptionist had no record of our booking on the system. The next morning, it was very nice to see kiwi fruit among the fresh fruit selection. However, these particular kiwi fruit were a long way from being ripe. In fact, they had the consistency of half bricks and were impossible to eat!" (97516467)
Two large cracks in the wash-hand basin, but we were too weary to make a complaint about it at the time.

The hotel is in a beautiful part of Northern Ireland and convenient for Belfast City and Belfast International Airport. The room was spacious, well equiped and well maintained. The Hilton also provided an excellent breakfast included in the price. All in all a most enjoyable stay.
Off hand I can't think of anything we didn't like about the hotel
