everything was clean and new.
i could hear scratching noises in the night,no evidence of anything though.there was a lot of traffic noise most of the night

"It is very okay for a few days. Price/quality is very good for in London. Overall, it looked clean at first sight, but don't look further! That is a pity. If it was cleaner I would really recommand it to everybody. Now, I can only recommand it to (young) people, for a short stay, not expecting too much luxury/hygene. A tip: take your own towels (bath and kitchen) with you and you will really enjoy your stay!" (97858466)
At first sight, it all looked very okay. There was a kitchen with all facilities you might need, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, table, some cups etc. We choose for 'shared bathroom'. Despite the fact that it was very small, we could always take shower when we wanted. It was never occupied. There are 2 shared bathrooms with toilet, and one single toilet extra. It is okay for a few days. Price/quality is very good for in London.
We only got once a clean towel each. The towel in the kitchen was dirty from the day we arrived, and when we left (4 days later) it was still there and not replaced by a clean one. The bathroom was very small. They used towels in front of toilet and bath -not every day replaced by clean ones- instead of a more hygenic bath-mat.

the room was good and clean
no food served at the hotel and were not told of the surcharge of £5 for using credit card when booked

Excellent value for money considering all of the facilities provided
Cleanliness was not top notch - quite a lot of dust and some hair clumps in the bathroom. But in consideration of the price I think it was fair.

clean,easy to find and reasonably priced
plug in wash hand basin was faulty. No drinking glasses in bedroom. Windows totally locked.

Ensuite bathroom - always a winner. Facilities for cooking and making drinks when i wish. Staff freindly and helpfull
Leaves from the trees could make descending the steps a little hazardous. But the tree gave shade and always good to see.

The friendliness of the staff and the room was absolutely fantastic, always spotless, room 8 is fabulous i felt like I was at home i didnt want to leave. Excellent service.

The room was plain but neat, clean and very modern. There was 24-hour access and a key to the front door as well as a room key. A very simple, no fuss check-in procedure.
It would have been nice to have been informed there was building work going on next door! We were woken at 8.30am by a drill and a hammer which continued until we checked out at 10am.

Clean, Things are in Order, Smiling Check-in, Nice Kitchen with stuff though no breakfast, No hassles or disturbance and quiet. Nice TV.
Parking space less, If you bring your car you may not be sure of parking till you get one. It is house sort of Lodge and has only 3 car park space. No essential stuff like tooth paste, soap etc like in Days inn. You do not get in urgency. This is just to mention it here as we planned to stay without a pre plan.

"Staff isn't particularly friendly, but I think they are just getting the hang of it. As long as the place stays clean I think the hostel serves its purpose and word will spread. It was cheap in relation to nearby hotels but I think it could have been even cheaper concerning it is brand new and we were one of the first people to stay there." (97214445)
It's an old house, but has been renovated. Everything from the carpet to the kitchen is new.
Stratford doesn't have much to do but I assume it will become more popular with the Olympics approaching ... rooms are very small, and you can hardly turn around in the shower but because it was clean it served it's purpose. Also the tv was very hard to work, so although it was a nice addition we didn't get to use it.

Large double room ensuite. Access to Internet for free. Tea and coffee facilities + refrigerator are available outside the room.
It was a bit difficult to find where to park.

"On the website it said parking available if booked, well i did request for it and had the space for the 1st night. The 2nd night however i was told i had to park 15 mins away from the accommodation as it was not confirmed the space was mine and that the regulars there gets the space. Well i was not told i didn't have the parking space either. Was not happy about this at all, why say there are spaces available if requested when there are only 2 spaces in front of the house? They make it sound like there plenty of parking spaces and didn't let me know that they wern't giving the space to me." (97649085)
