"If I had booked more than 1 night here I would have left and gone to find another hotel." (107195925)
Web booking was easy Let me leave my bag in the room before it was really ready
Beds were small. Room was hot and so had to open window, leading to lots of traffic noise. Breakfast waitress could hardly speak english.

"The hotel room was poor and the hotel seemed to make moor effort putting up hundreds of pictures everywhere rather than cleaning their carpets and mending broken items. The breakfast was good and included in the price but I would not stay here again." (108060849)
There was only one member of staff on for breakfast but she was very quick, and the breakfast was of a good quality with proper bacon, and real tomatoes with pepper on them, instead of those horrible tinned ones! The bed sheets and towels were extremley clean and white. The shared toilet was clean. There was CCTV everywhere and the front door had a buzzer to let you in. They let you leave your bags there before check in. They let us book a table for breakfast even though this is not their policy.
There was not enough loo roll in the share toilet, everything in our room was broken or wonky, the TV didn't work, the window didn't shut and the carpets in the hotel were very dirty. Also the hotel owner asked you to pay in cash before you'd even seen your room or stayed the night which I thought was strange. One of the rooms said it had a shower- it was literally a mobile shower in the room, rather than in a bathroom. Very poorly decorated rooms.

"The room was small but otherwise it was a perfectly pleasant stay. " (108025522)
Friendly, comfortable room (but very small). En suite facilities good.
A bit noisy with a lot of slamming doors during the evening but quiet at night.

"very good for an overnight stay, would recommend it for future visits." (108025813)
central location, easy check-in process, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, advantage of en-suite shower.
small room, slightly noisy road due to single-glazing, five flights of stairs to walk up.

"Dreadful. " (107287854)
Location was excellent. Initial reception was friendly and helpful.
Tiny room with squeaky bed and poor mattress Shower door fell off on entering the shower and injured me - no response to my letter of complaint. Electric socket loose and dangerous. Tiny sink and massive kettle - difficult to use. A few feet from main entrance so noise almost constantly.
