"My mother and aunt are both in their seventies, they did ask if they could be moved to another room but there was no availability my mother quote to me on her return "It was a lovely weekend, we did laught it was like Fawlty Towers" " (97959770)
By using the internet was a great way of booking this hotel The Langford was very clean and just minutes away from the beach
I booked the hotel as a birthday treat for my mother. Hotel was under refurnishment. Room was on the six floor (top) Lift only went the second floor No porters Windows never opened - no air conditioner Was given a fan The lift only went to the second floor and their were no porters to carry their luggage. The weather was very hot and their window would not open, they were given a fan but this was very loud throughout the night. The television had buttons missing. My mother did asked if they could be moved but their was no other rooms available
