"Despite the poor check in and average check out process the accomodation was very good and this outweighed the other issues. " (97095023)
Good accomodation, good facilities, excellent location
Very poor booking in process, staff were more interested in making sure we complied with all the rules, provided a security deposit and complied with other instructions rather than helping us to get checked in. We have travelled all over the world and it seemed to us that somebody needed to explain to the person wearing the conceirge badge what the term actually means, it's a shame that they present such good accomodation so poorly.

the location are nice in edinburah seaview,electrical equipment are excellant
the carpet was old with spots . the appartment smell and bathrooms not very clean .Hard to find the office

Room size comfort Access
No TV in bedroom No phone No blinds in lounge (blinding when sun gets low) Hot water not on Entrance and lift lobby not best quality

"very good except builders" (107259155)
lovely rooms clean and tidy beds comfy really liked rooms value for the money
building work going on in hotel when we arrived, tried to sleep because we had been up since 3am and couldn't. also woken up at 8am with the builders on site. not much of a lie in on our stay. when i complained to staff was told i would be contacted on mobile but still haven't heard anything
