  staff were very friendly

  the rooms were directly above the disco which was extremely loud until the early hours of the morning

  "Will look for the nearest Premier Inn next time!" (108086872)

  Unfortunately, there were no good points

  We had to access the hotel through a side door which was full of partygoers, smoking and drinking - we struggled to get in. On arrival we booked breakfast for 7am, when we went down for breakfast the dining room was in complete darkness, we waited for a further 15 mins - no one came. we left the room key in the room and posted a note under the door to let them know we had left. The town was very quiet and we were unable to purchase breakfast anywhere which was most unfortunate. Our room was directly above the disco and from 11.30pm until 1pm there was a karaoke.

  "Despite the above, I enjoyed my stay. The fact I knew there would be a 'disco' prior to my stay helped. On any other night of the week I think it would have been a lovely place to stay. " (108099143)

  Staff were friendly but sleepy! Room was well serviced- tea and coffee facilities and bathroom etc Staff were helpful whenever assistance was required. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

  Toilet seat broken Breakfast service very slow but nice when it arrived! Toilets disgusting in the morning When I had made my reservation, I received confirmation. At the bottom of this was a warning that there would be a disco til 1am and to bear this in mind when booking. As I had already booked at this point the warning was a bit late. Furthermore the disco was incredibly loud.....I would have described it as more of a night club than a disco. I do however, appreciate that this was not the fault of the hotel staff, who were kind and helpful but feel the advertising could have been more accurate and the warning could have been more obvious or come prior to the confirmation.
