Very friendly and helpful staff and relaxed atmosphere. A very nice kitchen and help yourself breakfasts.

Friendly staff. Brand new furnishing etc. Spotless, especially bathroom. Booked a single and ended up with a double at no extra cost!
Room was very small.

The staff is top-notch. At City Stay you feel like a welcome friend, not a "customer".
Extremely loud - but that's London, not the hotel's fault.
