"overall excellent accomodation apart from the noise from other guests" (97824079)
excellent layout of apartment,location very good to places of interest,good value for money
apartments are noisy with other occupiers late at night.the doors inside the aprtments bang very loudly as dont have any devices to slow them down when they close.the stairwell doors although are fire proof doors are very heavy and make a considerable loud noise when closed if not closed by hand which causes you to waken up in the night when inconsiderate guests come in

clean. new. comfortable bed and great linens. quiet. close to city centre.
TV (if that was what the monitor was supposed to be) did not work. No instructions for appliances. Only quasi-residential neighbourhood. Our first call to report a power outage seemed to have gotten lost. We were out all day and when we called on our return, a very pleasant staffer was sent to fix the problem.

"Great, once we changed rooms." (97764224)
After changing rooms, it was brilliant, the staff sent a new key by taxi which we appreciated. The new room was clean, well equipped and just perfect.
Our original room stank of cigarette smoke, which we tolerated, until the toilet leaked all over the floor on the third day. My husband had to wait 7 hours without a toilet for the tradesman, who then didn't fix it, so we asked for a new room. Checking in half way across town was a bit difficult with luggage, and added considerably to our taxi fare.
