  "Very dissapointing, for a hotel charging more than the other hotels we stayed in, that were far superior.The picture was well taken but missleading, I had booked for my wifes birthday, but we checked out and returned to the Hotel we had stayed in prior to our tour. " (97981250)

  "Superior Room" meant big, in fact it had a double bed and two double bed setees and an LCD Television and minibar.

  The bathroom was tiny, a toilet, sink and shower that smelt. It had the appearance of a converted block of flats, and someone was cooking greens.

  It was right in the middle of Helsinki - ideal for vsiting the sights, for shopping and for eating out.

  "Good location and base for exploring the city. Close to TWO shopping Malls - The Forum & Kamppi. Ideally situated for Trams, Buses, Metro & Railway The Manhattan Steak House nearby, offers good value & reasonable prices. A variety of other eating Houses nearby. For Xmas visitors, the ESPLENADE Xmas Market open the fortnight prior to Xmas was great value & truly different.The three day Tourist Ticket @ 12 Euros gave us unlimited use of Bus, Metro, Trams, Suburban railway & Suomenlinna boat ferry - great value. Helsinki has a LOT to offer for a 3 day City break." (99826534)

  The accomodation was ideally placed in the centre of Helsinki, very close to the Central Railway Station. This meant that we could catch bus 615 from the Airport, to within 10 minutes of our Hotel. If we knew that Trams 3B & 3T stopped in Fredrikinkatu or Rodbergen, both a 2 minute walk from Annankatu, we could have saved ourselves a walk from the Bus station, as the tram stop was opposite the Railway Station main entrance ( Statues of Globes in Hands ).The buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous, and empty plates CONSTANTLY replenished. Towels changed daily if required & bed very comfortable.

  There was NOTHING about the Hotel Anna that one could complain about - seriously !!

  "D'une manière générale, l'hôtel est calme et très correct; facilement accessible. Le personnelle est acceuillant et professionnel. L'eau de la douche était bien chaude; ce qui est agréable quand il fait froid dehors. J'aurais aimé connaître la distance de la gare à l'hotêl à pied (environ 10 à 15 minutes à pieds), et également la distance de l'aéroport, prix, horraires ou fréquence et moyens d'acceder à l'aéroport (bus 5,2euros toutes les 20 minutes; ou 22 euros avec le taxi mais durée plus longue car le taxi passe prendre plusieurs personnes)... Finalement tout ceci est assez bien conçu. Une précision pourrait également être accessible lors de la reservation = la fermeté de la litterie.... Qui est assez moyenne!" (99779990)
