"The hotel is ideally situated in Dublin. Parking was complimetary which is good although you had to ask for this facility. The main reception areas need to be maintained better, The rooms were very nicely furnished and clean" (97165703)
Staff were friendly and lots of facilities ie bars etc

Hotel is well equipped and clean. Location is great.
The hotel staff is simple pathetic. Due to the nature of my work, I live out of hotels regularly. And I can say without a doubt, the (night) staff at Burlington is by far the rudest and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Never again will I stay there again.

"The map on the website with directions by car from the airport are not accurate. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3.00 but the cleaners tried to clean our room at 7.30 and again at 8.30 banging on the door. The reception would need more staff - very busy all the time" (97307968)

concierge/porters- excellent. Night porter/waiters absolutely bombarded with requests and performed admirably.
totally inadequate bar service-crowded main bar with 2 staff. resident bar refused by barman to get coffee.
