"Great Hotel - easy access to Dublin city centre on the Luas tram system. About 15 mins walk to the station from the hotel but there is a shuttle bus available for €2 a person to take you there. Very friendly staff - courteous and welcoming and always happy to chat and make you feel at home." (97636918)
Very Friendly staff - great attention from everyone Great breakfasts available - up to 11am at weekends which allows for a lie in!
Had booked a twin room but was given a double room - was switched within a few minutes without any hassle.

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was very well designed with restful colours (Aubergine and Green) and the bar area was stunning and where we enjoyed a late night drink. Breakfast great, couldn't fault anything about it." (97348173)
Contemporary, uncluttered, restful, very well designed room.. just stunning a joy to walk in to.

"Irish folks is very friendly and everybody is keen on helping you when you have any problems. You can really ask everybody for help. All the pubs are full of people, live music everywhere, really great! Dublin is an expensive town, but all capitals are expensive, aren't they? Dublin is a nice town, many things to visit, bus driving is cheap with a one day rambler (or 3-days-rambler)." (97776923)
The staff was very friendly, we felt really welcome. The rooms were nice, very clean and well equiped. The breakfast buffett was great, many various food and beverages, everything fresh.
The only thing is that it is far from the city centre, but by bus you can get there within one hour.

"Nice hotel dont stay there if you have children or are there for a Dublin weekend break." (108020674)
David on the reception staff was a big help over the weekend. Restaurant was fantastic
Cannot be classed as Dublin its so far away from the city you may as well stay in Cork. The other reception staff were rude and not very helpful. Transport was a pain to get to. The hotel is next to a main road and garage. The world famous Joels Restaurant next to the hotel is absolute rubbish.
