Location. Very close to ReR and Metro, and local area of Latin Quarter and Luxembourg Gardens was unbeatable
Room was a little on the small side, and despite booking a double we just got two twins pushed together.

"An excellent stay and we will go to this hotel again." (97599520)
The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good. The hotel is ideally placed in an area full of tourist delights and good restaurants that was safe and relaxed.

"When booking the hotel we were informed that it would be possible to place an extra bed in the room for an extra 38 euros and that we could arrange this at the hotel on arrival, if necessary. The reality was that the room we were put in was far too small to allow for an extra bed, so that we were obliged to share with our 6 year old! We were then assured by the evening reception staff that a triple room would be available for us the next morning. The staff on duty in the morning greeted this with derision and informed us that the hotel was fully booked for the rest of our stay. We then decamped rapidly to a nearby hotel... In addition, the cost of the so called superior room was high, given the facilities on offer and the actual size of it (This was shoebox size and no, I'm not an American),plus the lack of breakfast. We did have a quick look at the triple room next door and this looked much better than the room we were in, however. In addition, the aircon was unbelivably noisy, we couldn't actually use it and the room became unbearably hot during the night. All in all not a pleasant experience..." (97128607)
The location
The size of the room for the price, lack of breakfast, noisy airconditioning
