"I thought a 4 star rating to be too high for this hotel. Three star would have been more reflective. However the hotel is well appointed and well situated in that it is close to the European Institutions and a very pleasant walk into the city. I feel the official accommodation and breakfast tariffs are excessively high for this hotel, but as we received a discounted rate it was fair." (99747985)
Hotel had a pleasant ambiance. Free internet access.
Rooms were rather small and not in very good condition. Shower and basin plugs not working. Breakfast was somewhat basic.

"Me pareción entender por la opinión de otras personas que se habÃan alojado que el centro estaba a 20 minutos andando y creo que esto no es correcto.Pero esto no fue un problema en la época que hemos viajado porque al hacer mucho frio nos desplazábamos en coche por Estrasburgo." (97312878)
la habitación estaba muy bien, el hotel es muy tranquilo , el desayuno muy bueno y los recepcionistas muy amables.
He encontrado a faltar una luz en la cocina de la habitación. la ventilación era algo ruidosa.

"This was the 5th time that we have stayed at the hotel in transit to or from our holidays in Italy and we have always found the standard of the rooms, the service and the breakfast first rate - this year we persuaded our friends to stay as well and their reaction was also very positive!" Having a spacious family unit with a separate bedroom for the parents and the possibility to prepare our own food.
Shortage of close parking (but arriving latish)

"Great value for money using the winter deal (89 euros) but maybe too expensive for normal charge (225 euros). 4 stars is maybe a bit too much and this hotel, except for room size, should rather be a good 3 stars." (99594715)
Room size was excellent, as well as huge terrace
No WIFI internet in rooms, dirty hallway at 5th floor, very small TV

chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. horaires très flexibles pour le petit déjeuner. petit déjeuner en chambre sans supplément. Cadre très agréable (Parc Orangerie).

Frühstücksbuffet nicht ausreichend. Der Raum zu eng. Beschilderung des Hotel an der Aussenfassade sehr klein und daher schlecht zu erkennen.
