"Great location, friendly staff, accomodation a bit tired and given that we were on the fourth floor lack of lift proved a bit of an issue when attempting to carry children and luggage. Paper thin walls also mades for 'hear all' conditions with neighbouring guests." (99594306)
Location, and view (albeit angled) over Place St Catherine from our room.
The fact that at 8.30am on the Monday morning work began on a bathroom that bordered our accomodation and the noise was inpalpable. Furthermore there was no notification or apology for said works.

"Room is small and the ensuite is a shower and toliet in the same small area but this was all we wanted/needed so it was fine for us." (99276908)
Location! 3 mins walk to saint paul metro and a few cafes near by. Most staff spoke english well or at least a little to help check in/out etc.

"The hotel was central to Paris which was good was easy to enough to find. There could of been a little more imformation about the hotel Like do the rooms have drinking fac. which it did'nt then I could of taken my travel kettle ect." (99017229)
It was easy enough to find. The hotel staff was very nice. You could come and go anytime day or night enabling one to see Paris when one wanted.
First of all we were on the top floor with no lift, thats around 120 steps up and then 120 steps down, if you had forgot anything that's a lot of steps to do all again.When suffering with a bad back that's a lot of pain. Once in to the room the bed was on 3 wheels(legs) the other was a tin(can)I have pictures.The bathroom door did'nt close and there was a patch on the ceiling where water had come though and peeled all the paint off.As it rained while we we're there the patch started seeping. There also was a T.V. on a wall mount placed in the only area where you could put your bags and many times one bang ones head on it and split my head open.This is not what one would expect from a 3star hotel.AS it was christmas and new year all hotels were booked so I could'nt get another hotel.

The location was great for us. Our room was on the front overlooking the cute square, and it is very near the unde45rground.
At this time, it is undergoing renovations so there were always sheets on the stairway, quite dangerous, smell of paint and paint thinner, and noise. When this is completed that part will be better. The stairway os very steep, spiral, off cantor and difficult to get your bags up and there is no lift. The place is so small that they couldn't put a lift in. Rooms extremely small, barely enough room to get around the beds. The beds were fairly comfortable and pillows good. We were charged for breakfast which we were needing to have about 10 minutes late one day, they refused to consider even late coffee.

Petit déjeuner correct
Pas de télé dans la chambre Pas de savon ni de gel douche, malgré mes demandes. En inistant beaucoup, j'ai pu obtenir du savon.

chambre avec moquette très sale, tapisserie qui tient avec du scotch,serviette de toilette toute trouée.... impossible d'avoir deux factures (car nous étions en déplacement professionnel) impossible de payer par chèques, l'acceuil plus que limite de la part du responsable..... !

"Hôtel dans une rue plutôt calme la nuit. Le prix est trés élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels réservés précédemment et encore plus au centre de Paris et au confort de certaines chambres. L'accueil est correct." (99770662)

"6 étages sans ascenseurs. (Incompatible avec le site du Marais) Surface de la chambre insuffisante,hauteur sous plafond 2m environ équipement sanitaire rudimentaire, récepteur TV ancien, et seulement 4 chaines. Avant j'aurais souhaité avoir plus de renseignements sur la qualité des chambres; et des équipements." (99330781)

prix trop élevé ( 72 €) par rapport à la prestation.
