  no proper shower facility, poor lighting in bedroom, no refreshment facilities in room, could not leave window open overnight due to security.

  "We had an overnight stay prior to our flight back to UK.It is an ideal location for the airport.We had time to pay a short visit to the town and the staff were helpful in this.There was someone on duty all the time we were there and provided cheerful & prompt service." (97316776)

  "Very disappointed .As well as the above comments I would like to make a comment about the restraunt.It was implied that it was part of the Hotel I am unsure that it was?It was very convenient and that is why I chose the hotel as I was on my own and did not want to go far for a meal.The patron and service was good but I was not given any choice noe menu and felt rushed."   Close to airport.Only saw 2 members of staff but they were very plesant.

  Poor towels small and worn. Poor bar facilities No kir available.Poor ambience.

  "The hotel was very pleasant and easily located. We only needed an overnight stay close to the airport and this was ideally situated. The room was small, and only had an over the bath shower - not one fixed to the wall. The view from our window was not the best either, but for the purpose for which we needed Verotel - good value for money, clean, tidy and very helpful staff - thank you very much." (99826356)

  Staff very polite and English speaking - which helped us a great deal! The hotel was very quiet due to the time of year, but well situated for both Bergerac and the Airport. Great value for money, breakfast very nice. We didn't eat a main meal at the hotel, but we know friends who have, who recommended the hotel to us.

  No in room facilites ( ie coffee/kettle etc ) very basic. Wouldn't be suitable for us if it were for any more than an overnight stay.
