    Hotel in a good position for town and travelling. Staff friendly and helpful.

    Extras such as mini bar and coffees were expensive.

    "Somehow I received a suite although I had only signed up for a standard. When I saw my room and realized there had to be mistake, I was told that it was alright; although they did not have any standard rooms free, I could stay in the superieure for the same lower price I expected. Itt was very lovely." (97595487)

    The location was wonderful; close enough to easily visit plays and yet not bothered by noise at all. The absolute best had to be the staff - very warm, helpful and efficient.

    It was overpriced for my budget, but not overpriced for what it offered.

    "The toilet and shower room is big enough to have shower and bath units. The shower unit could have a bigger cubicle and sufficient area to move around particularly for a disabled person. The toilet and area outside the shower unit gets wet and it can be quite inconvenient for guest(s) with mobility problems. A very pleasant hotel to stay in. Rooms are big and clean with proper colour furnishings, bed linens and furniture. Convenient and good proximity to the railway station and centre of town." (99522486)

    Very well furnished room pleasant room colours and furnishings, clean bed linens.

    Shower room size could be much bigger given the fact that it is to be used for a person with disability. It should have a glass or clear thick perspect screen instead of a plastic shower curtain with water running all over the toilet area. Given the size of the room a bath could be installed for spouse/partner who needs a bath rather than a shower.

    Grace à votre site nous avons pu etre logés dans une suite, pour un prix vraiment interessant. Accueil de l'hotel parfait, hotel tout confort. Une super expérience que nous renouvellerons.

    La première nuit que nous avons passée dans l'hotel était dans une chambre qui bien que protégée par un double vitrage était trop bruyante pour nous (donnant sur un axe routier chargé). Ns en avons parlé à l'accueil et avons été tout de suite changés de chambre, avec bcp de gentillesse.

    Spacious rooms with warm colors, typical of the region. The location is superb, with the old town next door, and the bus stop for arrivals from the TGV station within walking distance.

    There were no major negative points, but some confusion during check-in, and a wait for the system to allow the production of the key to the second of our rooms. In the first instance, it did not work either, and had to be re-programmed.
