It was a very cute, funky hotel away from the busy city centre. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The proprietors were very friendly and did their best to accommodate all our requests (bike and bag storage, directions, help with taxi and other phone calls etc). It was a short walk to the city centre on foot. And it was reasonably-priced considering the other hotels in the same category.
The breakfast was a bit meagre compared to other places we had stayed, but it was also less expensive. Not really a big problem.

Easy to find. Nice staff. Room was OK/competative for the price.
Nothing in special (except the french breakfast - always bad. However a general problem in France.)

"Overall, I was very happy. As mentioned the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. It's about a 10 minute walk from the walls of the town, I didn't mind the walk at all. The room was always clean." (99790331)
The desk staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. He helped me save about $200 on my car rental. They were patient with my limited French and never stopped smiling.

Le chaleur et la gentillesse du personnel Le charme et le confort du chambre; très propre aussi Le petit dejeuner - croissants et du pain d'une bonne qualité; un carafe de jus d'orange, et deux tasse de café au lait, chocolat etc. si on veux: en bref, les portions genereux
Le seul point un peu négatif est la location - un promenade de dix ou quinze minutes de l'hôtel au centre de la ville historique d'Avignon. Le matin, cette location pose aucun problème - c'est un bon pretext pour faire un petit promenade. C'est un peu plus inconvenient si on revient assez tard, le soir - surtout pour une femme seule. Cependant, je crois que ce petit desavantage est rien par rapport à tous les avantages de cet hôtel, et en tout cas, j'ai passé un séjour très agréable et mémorable ici.

Ville agréable
Petit déjeuner médiocre (trop cher pour ce qui est offert) 6 euros pour un mauvais café, un croissant et un bout de baguette Le choix est nettement supérieur dans la grosse majorité des hotels de même catégorie.

Accueil, situation ( à proximité du centre)
Porte de la salle de bains toilettes (portes battantes un peu tue l'amour), Gens de la réception un peu bruyant à partir de 9h 10h.

Atmosphere accueillante.

A simple but clean Hotel which is good value for money. Owners very friendly and helpful and made us us feel very welcome. Would recommend this hotel to friends. Secure parking at no additional cost was a bonus.
Not necesssarily a bad point but needs to be borne in mind is the hotel's location is outside of the city wall and main attractions/restuarants etc which means either a 20 - 30 min walk or getting a taxi which cost ?15 - ?20 one way.
