"In general the hotel public areas and staff were very good however the number of staff on duty (2) for check in was poor with a long delay to check in. Housekeeping staff very helpful and quick to respond. Staff very helpful in booking restruants for me just that the rooms were very cramped for a hotel with a high star rating." (99350502)

"The view from the room is poor comparing with front hotel: the Concorde la Fayette. You shold have much nicer garden view to compete with them." (99837429)
Lobby and passage atomosphe are good. The comteporary painting are nice.
The room is small to stay for a few days. The toiletries are poor. teh slipper and body loation are preferable.

"I WOULD NOT CALL IT A BAD HOTEL BUT IT CERTAINLY IT IS NOT AS GOOD AS OTHER STARWOOD HOTELS SUCH AS THE WESTIN'S , IN A NOISY STREET, ROOMS ARE SMALL, THEY LEFT US WITHOUT RESTOCKING TOILET PAPER 2 TIMES IN OUR 7 NIGHT STAY. THE CONCIERGE SERVICE IS GOOD. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE 3 ITEMS FROM THE MINIBAR THAT WE DID NOT TAKE, THEY DID NOT CHARGE US BUT THEY KEPT THE FEELING THAT WE WERE LYING. THE MINIBAR WAS NOT COMPLETELY FULL WHEN WE CHECKED IN. I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN." (99666953)

SMALL ROOMS, THEY LEFT US WITHOUT TOILET PAPER TWICE IN OUR STAY, WE HAD TO CALL TO GET IT.

Service parfait - Salle de bains agréable - Endroit central - Petit déj en chambre ponctuel - Jazz club L. Hampton
La vue : nulle... Moquette vieillotte - Déco du Jazz club : hasbeen (années 70) et pas assez chaleureux.

"handicapé momentanément un fauteuil roulant à l'entrée de l'hotel car les béquilles c'est loin d'être confortable . Il faut être comme cela pour se rendre cmpte de ce que ces personnes peuvent éprouvés dans ces conditions." (99305699)
l' arrivée meme un peu tardive c'est un plus au vu du trafic !
