Arrived on Saturday at 5:50p.m. We were not informed while booking that reception is opened till 6:00p.m. on week-end. If we were 10 minuted late we wouldn't be able to check-in. Hot water is provided through the water heater located in the room, hidden in the wardrobe. It made much noise and DIDN'T work after 7:00pm, so we had to wait till the morning to have shower.

Après plusieurs passages dans cet hôtel et y avoir dépensé plsieurs centaines d'euros, on aimerait avoir un peu plus de chaleur humaine à l'accueil.

"We were 5 sisters staying at this hotel in 2 rooms, we were greeted by Jessica on arrival who was friendly and helpful, all the staff were very nice. The hotel's location was good for access into the town and the secure parking was very much appreciated." (99018389)
Rooms were attractive and a good size, beds comfy.
No equipment in the kitchen for tea making. Lights in the hallways did not come on quick enough when opening the doors and we were sometimes left in complete darkness. More details on how to get to the hotel would be helpful as we spent a long time finding it.
