The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. It was centrally located which enabled us to walk everywhere.

The Rooms were quite large, an aesthetic/clean bathroom and had a tub too.Good Location. About 15 minutes walk to the main station and about 10 minutes to Place Massena. Friendly staff.
The room rate didn't include the buffet breakfast.

Room and breakfast a little more expensive than I would expect for a hotel of this standard

Free wifi internet access a big plus. Conveniently located within comfortable walking distance of the Gare Nice Ville and the airport bus stop. Staff at desk helpful and friendly.
Minibar only contained two bottles of water (admittedly gratis). Breakfast was poor and definitely not worth an additional 11 euro charge.

I liked the situation of the hotel. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of the bus/train station and the sea.
I would have liked an area to sit out to enjoy a relaxing drink----perhaps a small garden area.
