"The hotel is close to the red light district, but we were aware thanks to other reviews available on the net. Strangely enough, the hotel is quiet and street noise is minimal. We had to sleep 2 nights with our windows opened because of the failing A/C unit but we were able to sleep nicely." (97669105)
Proximity to Train, ECB. Room size was excellent. Free internet station in the loby is very useful. Excellent breakfast.
Air conditioning did not work properly. Hotel staff told us it is good for German expectations, but after travelling around the world over the last 20 years, I can not accept that German expectations would be that low.

Location; very friendly and helpful staff; Breakfast; Web Access; Accomodations for the three of us (Grandfather, Daughter,and Grandson)were no problem for the hotel at all; Reasonable Price

EL DESAYUNO EXCELENTE; LA ATENCION EN LA RECEPCION AMIGABLE
SI EL CHECK OUT ES A LAS 12:00 PM; POR FAVOR QUE LO RESPETEN Y NO QUE ESTEN ENTRANDO EN LA HABITACION 20 MINUTOS ANTES PARA DECIRLE QUE TOCA DESOCUPAR LA HABITACION, ESTO NO ES AGRADABLE

"This hotel was great value for money due to on-line booking discount. My sisters and i had a really great weekend in Frankfurt, and it is well located. We love to drink coffee/tea and were disappointed there were no facilities for this in the rooms. Breakfast was very good, but it would have been ideal if we could have had an evening meal in the hotel as we found it difficult to come across a good restaurant." (97440865)
Very good location, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean
lack of facilities, i.e. no tea/coffee facility in rooms, no lunch/evening meals available.
