"The general review is a good one. Perfect location. The undergroundstation Stadtmitte surely lives up to it´s name, as you are in the middle of everything in the city. Professional and helpful staff. Good english skills with everyone from the receptionists to the barman. Nice looking hotel!" (99294779)
The hotel offers good value for money, with large, stylish rooms within a reasonable price. The hotell is well equiped, and seems modern and up to date. Proper products in the bathroom is a plus from the usual hotel package.
The cleaning of the rooms wasn´t all that great. Spots on the toilet floor was never cleaned properly, and the bed looked like it was made in a hurry as the week went on. We also found it strange that an international hotel like this did not offer a single english speaking tv chanel in the ordinary package. Not even CNN. To watch everything dubbed to german language simply won´t do for non german visitors.

"Great location, very friendly, helpful staff...it was our first time to Berlin and with the location close to the underground it made it very easy to get around. Nice quiet area with nice restaurants and beautiful plaza. We were especially pleased with the large room since were staying 7 nights. We felt very at home and comfortable." (99663437)
The hotel is in a great location. Quiet but close to train station and good restaurants. The courtyard was great for breakfast and the room was very nice.

The rooms were so large we thought there was a mistake.They were very quiet and had a clean modern feel. Bathrooms were particularly clean and well laid out.
Only one minor issue CNN the only English TV channel was not working.I'm sure it would have been looked at if we complained but it meant we had to spend more time at their great bar!

"Rooms are classed as Doubles and some rooms do only have a single double bed, but other rooms do have two single beds that can be put together or seperated. As the rooms are quite large there is plenty of space to do this." (99104641)
Large rooms, quiet location near to transport and sights. Friendly staff
Charge for bottle of water in room, come on, that would have been nice to include as a freebie!
