Das Möbiliar im Zimmer befindet sich in einem inzwischen sehr gebrauchten/abgenutztem Zustand. Den Schwaden abgestandenen Zigarettenrauchs in dem Zimmer kann man nur mit der Öffnung des Fensters begegnen, was zu einer Zunahme der Lärmstörung durch die Straße führt.
