Clean and tidy -- comfortable beds.
Hall light in room not working. No milk and only one coffee -- not replenished for second night. 'Express breakfast' rather poor value for money.

"The hotel is a very quietly run hotel of about 44 rooms with never any staff around except for one receptionist. The room was fine but no views to speak of except of the building opposite. Location is in a rather dull part of town with nothing to do, but we chose it because of parking at 10 SFr per night. It is a good base for a stay in Lausanne, but go out for food, drink and entertainment." (97493805)
Central location, parking, decent room, decent price, aircon.
No easy chairs to sit on. No bath.No views.

"The location was away from city centre, but close enough to walk to it. Fortunately, I was able to find a spot for parking. That could of been a possbible challenge. The staff was polite, helpful and thoughtful. The room was small but very comfortable, warm and clean." (97726380)
Clean, comfortable, quiet.
Had to carry my baggage up the front stairs.

"helpfull staff as our 2 rooms on the 3rd floor had a problem with the A.C and the reception staff informed us about it before hand, but as the weather was hot we asked them to to solve the problem. we were given the option of having free breakfast but we didn't so they arranged us 2 very nice suites which made our stay unforgetable. its highly recomended to get the suites if you can afford them." "tres bon qualite/prix, tranquillite du quartier,belle chambre,tres bon petit dejeuner et ce qui est pratique cest le service de navette pour l`aeroport." (99636913)

ce nest pas vraiment negatif mais:absence de feuille pour le petit dejeuner et le portier a la reception.
