Ease of access and it's central location. Just across the road from the main Termini it was simple to get buses, underground or train. The facilities were very good, cleanliness was excellent and the continental breakfast offered a good choice. Staff were very professional & helpful.
Nothing. {Although we were charged 2 Euro on our final checkout for something from the fridgebar in the room? (despite the fact we never used anything from there.) Can only imagine it was due to the fact that we had discarded an empty water bottle (purchased during our day sightseeing and brought back to the hotel) in the room rubbish bin.

"Had a great stay at the Maddison. I work for a global company and have placed a recomendation of the hotel on our internet site. Would stay again on our next rip, as we were not able to see all the sites." (97638964)
It was very clean. Breakfast good. Very central.
Breakfast room a little crowded, room small.

"Overall it was a good value for Rome." (97153660)
Excellent location. The decor was very nice when new, but showing signs of wear but that will not keep you awake. The breakfast was the best we had during our whole trip.
The jacuzzi tub in our bathroom did not work. We were proomised it would get fixed but nothing was ever done. When my wife let the water out of the tub the entry and hall were flooded. I went down to the desk and a lad come up and wiped up the water. Supposedly it the leak was repaired the next day, but that night after draining the tub there was still some water on the floor near the door into the hall. Very dangerous on a granite floor! The desk people really push the bus tours (must get a kick back) and are not very helpful in offering other suggestions RE: independent sight-seeing in Rome. We made our own way okay.
