  "A restful and convenient hotel with generally excellent service and facilities." (97767561)

  Very nice spacious rooms which were well maintained. Friendly and efficient staff. Complimentary refreshment bar in the lobby throughout the day. Internet access and parking included within the room rate. Good location within the walls of Lucca.

  Unfortunately, no swimming pool.

  "We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back most certainly. Some coffee / tea making facility in the room would have been nice. You need to promote your associated eating places more - offer free booking." (99140653)

  Excellent location / parking easy to find - great associated restaurants - free bikes

  "A quiet hotel in the centre of town. Free bicycle hire an excellent advantage. Breakfast excellent every day. Staff and service excellent. Lucca very central place for travel to other cities nearby: Florence, Pisa etc. Excellent local bus service. The level of english was not great. Nightlife in local town low key." (99681885)

  This hotel was a jewel in the beautiful city of Lucca.
