"Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly." (97003162)
I choose this hotel as it was near Linate Airport. We have 4 young children and had an early flight the next morning so it was very convenient to the airport and also the hotel had a shuttle bus service which was a great advantage.
I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

"Das Hotel lag leider neben einer Fabrik, die nicht sonderlich einladend aussah. Teppich im Zimmer war staubig. Temperatur der Klimaanlage konnte nicht verstellt werden. Plastikbecher für O-Saft und Kaffe beim Frühstück (so etwas habe ich noch NIE erlebt). Schwimmbad war Sonntag geschlossen (konnte man nirgendwo ersehen). Zuvorkommender Service von Zimmermädchen und Portier." (97610759)

Air conditioning not working. It worked a short period, then it switched off. The room was hot and I did not have a good nights sleep - which was disapointing since I should catch an early morning flight.
