The friendlyness of the staff, Great sight seeing information was given from the reception in English. She also was as helpful as possible. Breakfast was included, the dining room had a welcoming friendly atmosphere. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was above a standard.
The only problem that we had was that the room was a little small. Other than that there was nothing else to report.

Nous étions Deux adultes et notre fille adolescente. Nous avons eu une chambre de 3 assez grande. Rapport qualité prix excellent ( 60 ? par nuit ). Le personnel à l'acceuil est vraiment très gentil
A partir de minuit il faut donner un petit supplément pour que la clim fonctionne dans la chambre durant la nuit, mais le montant demandé n'est pas exorbitant ( 5? )

"The hotel was difficult for me to find, as I don't speak Italian. However, once I found it, the staff was extremely friendly. Although they do not speak English, (nor do I speak Italian), they made every effort to show me how to get to different tourist points on a map. The room was the cleanest I've seen in a long time, and the noise level was low. I would recommend this hotel." (97314644)
