The bath was excellent
- The fridge did not work, and was not replaced after we told the staff on day 1 (we were there for 3 nights.) We subsequently had to store our food in the restaurant fridge. To clarify this, please check the notes for room 2302. - There was a curtain covering a non-existent window. - The hotel clearly did not warrant 5*'s - It did not match up to the Eurostars in Barcelona, where we have also stayed. - The carpet in the corridor was very dirty (floor 23) - The location of the hotel is bad for leisure travel (admittedly this is our fault - I did not research properly because of the fantastic location of Eurostars Barcelona.)
