"Torremolinos is a pleasant town and ideal for a holiday, not pretty but the area has spent a lot to clean and improve the town. If you want a hotel on the beach side then the Cervantes is not for you. The hotel is well kept and plenty of local information is freely available. This is personal view, the Cervantes will please some and be not to everyone's liking.A lot depends on fellows guests behaviour doesn't it? I would stay again and recommend to friends." (99548749)

The hotel is easy to find, the map is wrong as it is not on the beach front but off the main walkthrough in Torremolinos. Easy seen when exiting the train staion. It is near the center of town and access to the prom is via steps or lifts. Plenty of local bars and eateries around and you have plenty of choice. The hotel is in good order, clean rooms and bathroom, all with a balcony and air con I believe. two swimming pools, one on the roof with excellent views and the other at ground level open untill midnight. The bars were staffed and open at the advertised times.Drinks prices(3 euro for a large beer) and food all very acceptable for a hotel off this quality.Breafast(7-10) was well presented and plentiful.

I don't think there was anything that I disliked, in fact I would stay again but maybe not in peak season.A fridge would have been welcome.
